The hotel concierge was SO personable and informative. He gave us the rundown of where everything was on the property and local sites as well. The location of the inn was convenient and having access to a hot tub on a cold winter evening was great as well. Thank you!

Great staff, very helpful and friendly. There was an issue with paymwnt due to trip.com at check in and both trip.com's customer service as well as the hotels; were both very pro active and very attentive at clearing up thw mishap. Would recoment the Red Lion Hotel and Trip.com to any of my friends and family. Very pleasant experience!
