LLucy KavzWe went for a wedding and the Christmas holiday and it was absolutely amazing. We got a beautiful view of the South Pole holiday attraction, the happy hour was on point the food was delicious breakfast was custom and complimentary and dinner was excellent and affordable. We tried a little bit of all the food they offered and not one disappointed! The service was super friendly and would greet you in the halls. We had to order a few things and they came quickly the space and the cleanliness was phenomenal. I will never stay anywhere else when I visit the Valley again. It was well worth it and just takes you to another place where you're taken care of.

KKangTSHActually I was staying there for a couple of hours upon arrival on Sunday night transiting to Mexico on Monday morning, that’s my 2nd stay in this hotel, everything is good and at high CP value, it makes sense for commercial stay. However, one thing I must voice out and ask hotel to get it improved is to that, the water flow on the bathroom no matter from the shower or from the tap was slow, I was staying in the 2nd floor and it was not supposed to be low water pressure, that must be upgraded and fixed immediately as most likely I will be staying again in my trip that higher water pressure and water flow are normally expected.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel has a shuttle bus transfer. At Terminal D, you need to turn right on the next floor. You need to call the hotel and wait for about 15 minutes. It takes 40 minutes to go to the airport in the morning, and it takes about 20 minutes to get to the passenger terminal. You also need to make an appointment in advance. We took a taxi in the morning because we were in a hurry.
Breakfast is generally quite satisfactory.

FFloresGilbertoThis is the first time I have a bad experience, I forgot an ítem (very small by the way) in my room, so I called the front desk requesting for it, they told me that housekeeping had it, but they can only keep it for a week, and then they send it to goodwill, I find this rule very unflexible, at least they have to keep it for a month at least, they didn't care Im a very regular client, sometimes I checked in twice a month.

SSudnitsynVery pleasant clean stylish hotel, location perfect, especially if you need to go to the bus station. I liked almost everything. It is evident that the hotel management is suitable with love and great attention.
From the downsides, that when evicting instead of returning the deposit of 25$, on the contrary, it was withdrawn an additional 65$. After the letter to the support service corrected, but still the precipitation remained.
