Both the front desk people, and the people who serve breakfast, were nice and polite. They greeted me gently. The room was clean and quiet. The hotel premises were well-maintained. Since the breakfast was usually included in the booking, please do not have high expectation.

The chain hotel that came to the United States last year, the price is very high, except for the weekend, dinner on weekdays. It is also convenient to go out. Not far from there is an Asian supermarket, there are some Chinese restaurants, Apple, Silicon Valley, Intel, Google are not far away. There are also outlets 3 km away, very nice hotel. The room actually saw a long-lost DVD player.

The bedding is comfortable, and the location is great, right next to the Great Mall. It's conveniently located for access to Google, Apple, and the airport. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast menu is limited, but the yogurt was delicious. Starbucks coffee is provided. There's a pool and a smoking area in the courtyard.

Absolutely disorganized. Breakfast counters were empty, nobody to bother or seen anywhere. The general manager was absconding and not to forget $15 parking fee which is obnoxious given that it is a place in the no man's land with no other hotels charging anything like that.

This is an old hotel, probably built 50 or 60 years ago. The facilities are very old and outdated, but it is cheap and clean. After all, it is a five-star hotel. It is a good choice when you can't book a decent hotel in Silicon Valley.

Water pressure in the shower is extremely low and makes showers take longer. The manager is stingy. I paid for 2 guests with breakfast, but because she only saw 1 guest she didn’t want to give 2 breakfast vouchers for each day. Also, was a mix up on what time my room could be made up. I was told my room couldn’t be made up later than 2:30pm. I never saw that anywhere in writing.

For the three-star hotel with free parking, the workday accommodation in Silicon Valley is too expensive and the requirements cannot be too high. Breakfast is ok, better than domestic Samsung. The room facilities are a bit old, but they are large, and the sound insulation is not very good. The front desk is very welcoming, and someone can make hot water 24 hours a day.

This is a great place, very close to Silicon Valley. It only takes me five minutes to reach the company, and there are excellent Chinese supermarkets and a Walmart nearby. If you want to visit other American-style stores, they are just a 10-minute drive away. The front desk staff provides excellent and friendly service, and the breakfast is delicious. I’ll miss the food here. The only improvement needed might be the laundry service, as there is only one washing machine available, which is quite inconvenient.

Breakfast is very poor; on weekdays and weekends, there's only bread and juice. It's no problem. If you decide to leave early, you're not allowed to either. They don't clean daily.

It is convenient to drive by car, the historic hotel is not far from the high speed, the parking lot is very big, the hotel has a simple breakfast: coffee, bread! The price is OK, after all, the store is to consider the price!
