GGuest UserThe hotel price is very average, sorry for the quality. However, the facilities and scenery here in the United States are very poor. There is no need to come here specifically to see the waterfall. It is best to apply for a Canadian visa. The advantage of the hotel is that it has an indoor parking lot for 10 US dollars a night. JJingcaiqihangWhen you exit Buffalo Airport, there's a bus stop on the left. I think it's bus number 72, which takes you downtown for two dollars. Then, at the main bus station, you can transfer to a bus to Niagara Falls, which seems to be only two dollars per person, but the journey is quite long, about two hours. A ride-hailing service costs about $60-70, while a taxi costs around $100 and takes a little over half an hour. When the bus arrives, you'll see the hotel. It's nice, with spacious rooms, but the breakfast is average, with almost nothing to eat.

NNicoleI came during the epidemic, so there is no cleaning service, but the hotel is very new, the corridor is very beautiful, there is a Starbucks on the first floor, but it is closed because of the epidemic. It is very close to the waterfall. It is a three-minute drive. The hotel has a free parking lot. Parking at the waterfall is $10 each. Haven't eaten the hotel breakfast. The room I stayed in was very large. It was a corner room with two large floor-to-ceiling windows. However, because the hotel is relatively short, there are only three or four floors with average views. The overall hygiene is quite good, that is, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel or something is not disposable, it is the kind of three bottles filled with a lot of liquid.

RreturnofkingAround Niagara Falls, there is a 10-driving distance from the waterfall. Free parking, delicious breakfast and warm service staff. It is important to be careful that the price doubles on weekends. Fortunately we met a group of young Chinese postdoctoral students and took our old couple to visit various attractions of the Great Falls...a wonderful experience

GGuest UserThe room is OK, a standard room with a sofa, no suite space, some distance from the waterfall, probably in a residential area, a decent hotel, the included breakfast is very important, standard gourmet meal, tastes good.

GGuest UserLocation: Although the location is great as this hotel is very close to the visitor center. But at night the area around the hotel is very dark and seems unsafe.
Front Desk: A little too preoccupied with process and not really great at communication. We had booked a room with two queen beds online and paid in advance. At the hotel we requested if the same can be changed to one king size bed - the receptionist foolishly changed the room to one queen bed room !!
Restaurant: Great staff, very helpful and inviting and always ready to explain even the most basic things to foreigner like myself.
Cleanliness: Great Job !!
