SSPOW6We had a great stay! Pool and hot tub were nice after our daily exhaustion. Many breakfast options included, and a nice market inside for other goodies. Very close to amenities like restaurants and stores.

CCynthia Ya-FenCheck in was lovely and a super smooth process, the team that we interacted with were super lovely! They had some great recommendations on what we could do, so we really only came back to the hotel to rest. The room was 10/10. While our mobility during the stay was pretty good, both guests in this booking appreciated knowing that should our mobility ability change, we could still move around independently in the room we had booked. Thank you!

GGuest UserThe first room we got the bathroom light went out at midnight, they switched us to a different room and in the next room the air wouldn't work. We were uncomfortable for 2 days due to maintenance issues.

GGreeneKellyThe best part of this hotel is Kevin at the front desk. He was friendly, kind, and informative. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room for 2 of the 4 says we were there, so that was frustrating. Beds were comfy and rooms were clean. There is a pool but no hot tub, which would have been nice.

GGuest UserI’ve probably used this hotel 30 times in the past 3 years for business and pleasure. Always clean and great staff. Perfect location in Surprise with safest neighborhood and most budget friendly price. Last visit Wife was happy they had hair net.
