Washington County Hotels with Free Parking.

Family favorite! We've stayed here several times over the years given we have had two sons in Univ. of Arkansas, and this is more like a home away from home than a hotel. The staff are professional but personable and friendly. Coffee is brewing by 03:30 Am. Good breakfast with cereals, fruits, eggs (omelettes, scrambled), sausage and bacon, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, breads, blueberry rolls, etc. And a Happy Hour with free food (meatball subs, salads, etc) and drinks. The rooms are large and spotless, and we especially like the suites with living room, kitchen (fully stocked), and two bedrooms with 3 large beds. They even give us microwave popcorn and plenty of coffee for the coffee maker. Next time I'll take photos! Dr. Bill

The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also great with many options to choose from. They are also pet friendly and have clean spacious rooms. The pool was filthy though, I wouldn't dare swim in it.

Very clean, quirky hotel in perfect location. Walking distance to many restaraunts, bars, lounges on Dickson St. Only place to stay in Fayetteville no question.

The hotel is old and needs to update the equipment.

The picture showed a hot tub but wgen I got there it was removed. The fact that more and more hotels are not having one is discouraging.

Love how big the rooms are. Very homey and comfortable. Will definitely be returning to this hotel.

Though it says remodeled, bathroom door did not close, key worked periodically. Lamps were all unplugged and had to crawl under furniture to plug in. Breakfast was ok. Disappointing.
