Nicest place I stayed on my trip, and pet-friendly. Because I had a dog, they offered a first floor room and upgraded to a suite. Everything was new, clean and quiet, unlike most of my other stays at other hotels. Left early so can't comment on the breakfast food.

In fact, at that time, the price was set to think that it was OK, but the big plastic was understandable in a relatively biased place. I think the only thing that can be said is that the service is not bad, everything else is very general.

The room is clean and quiet, there is no noisy sound, parking is convenient, parking is available, and it is convenient to go out at any time.

Solid stay for a quick night. Nothing fancy, but clean and affordable, comfortable, and got the job done. Good option if you just need a simple, hassle-free place to stay. Would stay here again for a short trip!

This hotel truly lives up to the name “Quality” Inn. Although the building and facilities are a bit dated, everything is very well maintained and clean. All of the staff we met were very friendly and kind. The indoor pool was also very clean, pleasantly warm, and larger than those at most hotels in the same price range. Pool towels were well maintained as well. Guests need to pick them up at the front desk and return them there afterward. Since many hotels run out of pool towels, we really appreciated this system. My only minor suggestion would be to improve the breakfast, though that may be too much to expect at this price point. Overall, my family feels this hotel, including its staff, is the best among hotels in this price range, and we would love to come back again soon.

Booked for one night, after a long drive from Minneapolis on the way to Detroit. Hotel was clean, in excellent shape brightly lit and in a convenient location, I would stay here again.

Okay. Certain staff members could use a briefing on cultural diversity! Overall not horrible.
