Tashkent Hotels with Free Parking.

Guess we got lucky; for two of us, they gave us a 1+2 room, so we had one double bed and one single. The toiletries for body and hair were amazing, and the scent was incredible 🔥. Our windows faced the courtyard where the restaurant was, and the room smelled of food, which I didn't like. The soundproofing was terrible, especially when someone flushed the toilet above us; it felt like a plane was taking off 😆. We checked out before 7 AM, and no breakfast box was provided. The hotel is located among private houses, and for us girls, it felt a bit uncomfortable walking back to the hotel after dark.

Everything was great, excellent service. We were happy with everything. The only minor issue is that the waiters in the restaurants might not tell you if something isn't available and bring something else instead, or forget orders, etc. But there are plenty of other great places to eat in the area.

Swissotel Tashkent is one of those hotels you always look forward to returning to. It's a very clean, comfortable hotel with great service and a truly convenient location. It's not far from the airport, yet the hotel itself is practically in the city center. There are many good restaurants and places to visit within walking distance. I particularly want to highlight the staff: they are incredibly hospitable, attentive, and friendly people. They always go out of their way to help, provide advice, and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Uzbekistan, in general, is a very warm and welcoming country, and this hotel perfectly embodies that feeling. Many thanks for the service, the hospitality, and the wonderful atmosphere. Friendly staff who are understanding and check you in very quickly. They speak Russian. It's very clean with daily room cleaning. The rooms are equipped with everything you need. There are designated smoking areas on the balconies in the halls. Decent breakfasts. The hotel has a convenient location for transit passengers, quite close to the airport and the train station. I recommend everyone visit this hotel.

I liked everything. I got a pretty nice room with a large window and plenty of space. It's a bit chilly in January, but once you use the air conditioner for heating, it's perfectly fine. There's a closet, a refrigerator, a kettle, and enough dishes for two.

The hotel is in need of renovation and updates. It's suitable for guests who aren't too particular. We stayed for one night, so it was fine. The breakfast was decent, and the staff were friendly. After checking out, we had some time to explore, so we left our luggage. When we returned to pick it up, they kindly offered us complimentary tea and coffee at their cafe. The location is quite good, not far from interesting spots like Seoul Moon and Magic City. Overall, for the price, especially with breakfast included, it's a perfectly acceptable place to stay for a night or two.

The room was okay, but I booked one with a balcony and got one without. I tried to sort it out through Trip.com, but they just kept saying there were no rooms available until, magically, one appeared in the end. 🙂

I checked in around 8pm and was greeted by a staff in the evening shift (I did not asked his name). I asked for a SIM card if I could buy in the morning , he said could offer a free just need to top up tomorrow 9am his colleagues will settle. But early morning I was waiting for 9-9:30 there is no one knew about this . I also asked for late check out, he said could extend only til 1pm unless I will need to settle 50% extra and I agreed coz my flight is 22:30pm but in the morning when I came to settle late check out fee, there is again no one know how to do only they said they will check with their manager . I only stayed one night in Tashkent due to my flight need to overnight transit but the team make my stay very unpleasant and not comfortable. Again , I got a friend who come to visit me just 1hr, but the hotel did not allow and that evening staff again , stop my friend and said he can stay inside my room Only 3mn, if late than 3mn, he will call my room number or even send someone . he said this is hotel rule . Omg . The way he replied and did were so unprofessional and rude and very fiere like I am a criminal . Until I complaint and asked to meet manager couple times , he agreed to let my friend stay only 1hr and needed to pay a tourist fee. Bad service , not skilled team and I will never ever come back to this hotel again !

The hotel is conveniently located, we only had 4 hours for the walk, but we saw quite a lot) the air conditioning works, tea, coffee, and a kettle in the room) we liked the breakfast, there were fruits, vegetables, and desserts) it was filling and delicious) it also turned out that the price included the pool, it's a pity we didn't have time to visit) shampoo, shower gel, comb, cap, dental kit, and even a sewing kit are provided) in general, even though we stayed only one night, we were satisfied) 😊

However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience, as there are many nearby dining options to explore. Overall, I would highly recommend Retro Palace to travelers looking for a comfortable, stylish, and reasonably priced accommodation. The combination of friendly service, convenient location, and unique design makes it a solid choice for anyone visiting the area. I would gladly stay here again in the future.
