Clean and comfortable but the service at the restaurant was a little slow

Splendid Hotel designed by architect Pietro Zanlari. The building is an old agricultural structure transformed into a hotel. The architect's superb intervention is notable. Spacious and functional rooms. Not so much the quantity but the quality of the products on the breakfast buffet could be improved, but overall I recommend it. The presence of rabbits and a cute gilt in the garden is nice

Structure outside the city, however convenient by car, large and free parking. Spacious and clean room, good breakfast, possibility of dinner in the structure. Overall a good choice in terms of value for money.

A pochi km dal centro di Parma sorge questa struttura completamente immersa nel verde e nella pace più totale. La struttura è molto curata sia fuori che dentro. La camera spaziosa e pulita. Colazione ottima e con tanta scelta tra dolce e salato. La cosa che da la particolarità al posto è vedere correre liberi questi coniglietti stupendi accuditi dalla struttura

Convenient, comfortable hotel but not exactly 4 stars. Good services but the restaurant is a very bad thing. My husband stayed several days for work but dinner was always terrible. The cuisine certainly needs improvement both in terms of dishes and quality

This hotel is truly out of the ordinary, a very welcoming farmhouse renovated in a particular way, the rooms are very beautiful and spacious, excellent breakfast both sweet and savory, dinner lacks the buffet and vegetables, first and second courses not abundant but excellent. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, good for those who want to relax, well-kept garden with rabbits, very formal but effective staff.

Congratulations must be made for the building renovation done for this hotel, a very beautiful structure with a large garden. Large car park but not asphalted, so if it rains it can get a bit dirty. Clean rooms with fairly new furniture, spacious bathroom and very large shower. Choice of additional pillows and blankets. There is a topper missing from the mattress and it is missed. I haven't tried the restaurant except for breakfast which is quite varied between sweet and savory. There is a lack of local products which, if included in the breakfast menu, given the very high quality of local cured meats and cheeses, could be sold in an internal shop which is missing. Suggestion.. the rear part should also be renovated because the view from the windows is not the best. Very close to the airport but as it is not busy you cannot hear night flights, a little far from the city center therefore not convenient for those visiting Parma.

I highly recommend it for the excellent location and the large, well-kept rooms. Friendly and welcoming staff. Furthermore, for those traveling on business there is ample parking. Highly recommended for work and vacation
