The location is super convenient, a few minutes walk to all the attractions. The Duomo is a few steps away. Many restaurants lose by. However, management and the staff are the real stars, friendly, helpful and accommodating. They make me feel so welcome. The rooms are spacious, very comfy bed. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good hotel,nice rooms, very clean. A parking lot is available directly next to the hotel. I recommend to take it Breakfast was good with a wide choice of things. However, the breakfast room is in the basement, that is, there are windows but you look onto the foundation if the building. There were two things I did not like: --The hotel is located next to the main railway station. We came back at 19 pm from a city walk and when we approched to hotel a lot of weird folks approached us e.g. groups of young man, junkies and generally weird persons. Some of the where really cooking crack 50 meters away from the hotels main entrance. This did not feel good. -The other thing was the fitness room. I had like 30 minutes in the morning,but the room was locked, although the reception desk told me it was open and I got no key though asking for it. So no gym for me.

Visited this hotel on occasion of Cibus. Hotel is nicely presented, although is located outside Parma town. Rooms are ok, not too small but neither big. Good bathroom. Restaurant: breakfast ok, good choice of yogurts, juices and English breakfast too. Dinner: good a la carte menu plus salad buffet

Sanvitale Clean and beautiful rooms. Found in a castle courtyard the setting is stunning. Beautifully designed rooms with amazing features, coffee machine and bathroom all very good. Sadly our welcome was non existent and this really affected our stay. We arrived on a Sunday, when a huge market and festival was going on outside the hotel. We had received an email stating the time reception would be open. We planned our day around this and arrived when the reception was due to be open between 3-9pm. Sadly no one was there... Our keys were on the desk to collect, but no idea about where we could park our go for food that evening. It simply felt odd arriving and going to your room without speaking to anyone. We did find free parking but it was 300 metres away, not great with luggage. The booking said a free welcome drink... We didn't get that, but all we needed was a human being to welcome is and give us some guidance with parking and our two night stay a basic of customer service. Staff at breakfast were ok. The first day she was very grumpy and unfriendly. The second morning the lady was more friendly but no offer of a second coffee or if we needed anything else. We don't speak much Italian... But a smile guys a long way in any language. Cleaning was perfect... The rooms are lovely and we cannot fault that. We got room 203 which is directly above the breakfast room. Quiet for most of the day, however breakfast starts at 7am and it's noisy so don't expect to sleep in! Location is 25 mins from Parma and in a quiet town. We enjoyed it, however we wished we had more contact from staff. It feels like they don't want to spend the money on staff and expect guests to look after themselves!

Location a poca distanza da Reggio Emilia e da altri luoghi molto belli da visitare,immersa nella natura con i suoi suoni ,profumi e una bella vista sulla campagna. Tutto ha il sapore dell' ordine, della pulizia e della sobrietà. Camera accogliente, arredata con gusto rispettando lo stile del casale. Il letto comodo e ben rifatto e il bagno delle proporzioni commisurate con tutti i confort. Colazione a mio avviso ottima con giusti prodotti che possono soddisfare tutti i gusti. Ottimo il caffè che non è un fatto scontato.Il personale discreto, disponibile e cortese. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo e ritorneremo presto. Ottimo check in automatico che consente di arrivare senza ansia

GGuest UserThis was a great place to stay, Super close to the train station walking distance to great restaurants. Hotel staff so friendly very helpful spoke English very well. Pascual at the bar also works the restaurant, also does room service he was amazing he is learning English but always helpful helpful. I read many comments about the air conditioning….. if you’re coming to Italy in the summer it’s gonna be hot no matter where you go. The air conditioner work for our room it wasn’t ice cold but it was nice and cool. do you want something positive though… The shower was amazing water pressure, nice and hot. Our room/suite was in the front ….no noise at all from the street, they had two sets of windows to block out the sound… So quiet we had to turn our sound machine on to sleep… I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Spend the $14 euros on breakfast the cappuccino machine is great staff is very friendly and the breakfast is filling.

We stayed two nights in the apartment. The entry was via a pin that we got via e-mail. The room was large and in great industrial chique, including a fully functional kitchen. The bath was modern and equally large. The rooms were clean and tidy. We were in the third floor, the ”office” is in the second floor with a few more rooms and a kitchen where breakfast is served - if booked. There are private parking slots in a gated area directly before the building. The train station is 3 minutes by foot, shops and cafes 3-5 minutes and the historic center 10 minutes - 15 to the dome. Even that close to the train station the room was very quiet and the shutters allowed for complete darkness in the room. We liked the room very much, a nice addition was the TV with lots of movie channels included (Disney,...). When paying the city tax on leaving we even got a coffee from the very nice landlady.

GGuest UserUna sera, percorrendo l'A1 in direzione nord, mi sono trovato verso mezzanotte ancora lontano dalla mia destinazione; così, dopo una veloce ricerca, ho trovato questo albergo appena fuori dal casello di Parma, ho prenotato su Booking e all'una di notte sono finalmente arrivato; ho trovato alla concierge il signor Alessandro, che è stato gentilissimo. L'hotel è moderno e con un grandissimo parcheggio. La camera era pulita, con un letto di consistenza ottima, e un bagno all'altezza (il box doccia era grande e comodo). Colazione ricca e abbondante, prezzo in linea con i servizi offerti.

GGuest UserWe stayed here at the hight of Covid, and had the worse dinner and breakfast of any hotel we had ever stayed at, ie a microwaved pizza and breakfast pastry’s/bread 4 or 5 days old. I am so glad to say things have changed. We had a hot and tasty meal. Not gourmet, ( I don’t think residents of Parma would use it) but fuel for our journey. Not expensive. Breakfast was very good. The breakfast staff spoke good English which is not typical, and one of them even asked us if we had every we needed, and could she get us anything. Everything was nice and fresh and a good selection. You could have breakfast outside if you wished. As before the receptionist were very good, and the room also excellent, a very reasonable size. Suitable for more then a one day stay. Since our terrible experience we have been staying many times at the Hotel Real Fine Baia del Re in Modena, which has the most wonderful restaurant which the locals do use. But the hotel was fully booked. So, we have a choice in future.

PPUParma is actually a lot of Chinese, but it is estimated that many are businessmen, and there are very few tourists, so the traffic is not developed. On the contrary, the hotel is conveniently located on the right hand side of the train station, paying attention to the store and blocking the tree. The girl at the front desk is a bit like the Eurasian girl. She is not only eager to stay in time, but also asks if I want to eat breakfast, very generous, and the cook who is early is also more polite. The room is spacious, just the elevator needs to be familiar.

GGuest UserThis charming and quiet hotel is very well located. Service was very good and the room was nice and clean, although it was smaller than I expected for the price. The bathroom was a bit dated and small, so I would say the value for money is not the best, hence why I am not giving 5 stars. But I would still recommend this hotel and I am happy with my stay overall. Breakfast was good, with many choices of sweet or savoury food.

GGuest UserEsperienza da incubo con appropriazione indebita di cauzione. Personale scorretto e poco disponibile. In primis alle 12 circa passiamo nel posto dove fare il check-in - diverso dal residence - a notificare il nostro arrivo e ci dicono che la stanza sarà pronta dalle 14 come indicato e fin qui nessun problema. In queste due ore si prodigano così tanto che quando torniamo alle 14 ancora non possiamo procedere. Ci fanno accomodare per poi dimenticarsi di noi, che dopo un po' chiediamo nuovamente aggiornamenti sullo stato della camera. Finalmente ci danno le chiavi e andiamo al residence, esternamente molto grazioso e centrale, a pochi passi dal Duomo. Entriamo quindi in un posto che sembra fermo agli anni '80 e poi in una camera teoricamente per non fumatori che puzza orrendamente di fumo, cosa che anche in altre recensioni di vari clienti su Booking viene fatta notare. Dovendo stare una sola notte e vista la lentezza della reception evitiamo di chiedere un cambio camera e lasciamo aperte le finestre. Il giorno dopo come in una scena fantozziana la sgarbatissima operatrice alla reception ci accusa falsamente di aver fumato e trattiene illecitamente la cauzione (chiamasi appropriazione indebita). Sgarbata e refrattaria cerca in ogni modo di non farci parlare con nessun altro, si rifiuta di identificarsi e infine ci lascia una mail che poi si rivela falsa. Viste le già passate numerose lamentele sul cattivo odore delle camere è difficile non pensare che ci sia malafede e forse una sistematica appropriazione disonesta delle cauzioni. Sanno di fornire camere che odorano di fumo e trattengono così ingiustamente le cauzioni. I locali dell'appartamento, odore di fumo a parte, sono molto spaziosi e con un arredamento più moderno e letti meno scomodi sarebbero perfetti. Mancano poi i servizi ormai di base come un doppio cuscino o una coperta extra. Un vero peccato per un residence così centrale che ha così tanto potenziale sprecato dalla scarsa cura e dalla disonestà delle receptionist.
