Malamas Apartments

La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica: in una stradina davanti le due spiagge principali della cittadina (spiagge sia libere che attrezzate) ove sono siti anche tanti locali sul lungomare per colazioni pranzi e cene; inoltre si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dal porto, dalla fermata bus e dal centro città. Le stanze sono ampie, ciascuna con giardinetto o balcone,il proprietario della struttura è gentile e disponibile.

My friends and I had a horrible stay because of this person who did everything to annoy us. We had to contact the police because they asked for money for dirty makeup towels otherwise they would have kicked us out, for goodness sake. Not to mention the invasion of ants in the kitchen and bedroom due to the poor cleaning of the apartment. What to say? Paros is enchanting but try to stay away from this psychopath who ruins holidays!

Shabby is an understatement! I stayed in this hotel with my friends, as soon as we arrived we found the rooms full of ants, cleaning is not done on a daily basis nor is the bathroom linen changed. Those who clean only limit themselves to the bathroom (bowl and edge with sink). The owner intimidates customers by threatening to call the police every day and the reason is simply to extort money that is not owed to him. He charged us with towels that were impossible to wash again and demanded money for them, only with the intervention of the police were we able to spend less than he asked for (I attach photos) as even the police did not consider the "damage" to be significant. Not to mention the moral damage he caused us since our days started more or less at 1pm because we had to discuss with him first. An indescribable rudeness. My advice is to avoid it absolutely.

Pessimo! Metto una stella perché di meno non è possibile! La persona alla reception mi ha rovinato la vacanza… non c’è stato un giorno che non si è lamentato, che non ha minacciato me e i miei amici di andare via… ci ha detto ripetutamente che ci avrebbe fatto trovare le valigie fuori agli alloggi. La nostra stanza era invasa da formiche!!! Il primo giorno avevo le formiche sul letto… Fanno le “pulizie” tutti i giorni (da come dice) ma si tratta solo di pulire il bordo della tazza: MA SOLO IL BORDO EDIDENTEMENTE! perché il wc era pieno d capelli… il lavandino sporco e doccia piena di sabbia. Gli asciugamani li cambia ogni due giorni. Il penultimo giorno all’ennesima discussione mattutina, abbiamo avuto la minaccia di chiamata alla polizia e dato che eravamo stanchi abbiamo prima noi acconsentito a farla chiamare…voleva 130€ per farsi pagare gli asciugamani sporchi di make-up o di abbronzatura (cosa più che normale in vacanza), alla fine abbiamo pagato la metà… ma comunque ci ha rovinato una vacanza, facendoci perdere metà giornata di tempo ogni giorno a discutere! Non consigliato!

George est très accueillant et aux petits soins. Les chambres sont très bien équipées : climatisation, frigo, bouilloire, vaisselles, télévision, sèche cheveux. L’hôtel est très bien situé, à seulement quelques mètres de la plage et de la rue des restaurants. Très bon rapport qualité prix ! Je recommande

Super endroit près de la plage et la ville. Le personnel est charmant, attentif et généreux. C’est presque sûr que je reviennes un jour. Les chambres sont équipées, propres, confortables et fraîches avec terrace ou balcon avec une vue des montagnes et des potagers. Ils ont aussi des abricotiers juste à côté. Je remercie encore Georgios pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

Appartamento ubicato a 10 minuti a piedi dal porto di Parikia, in zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Pulito e accessoriato, il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile Si trova a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia ed un ottimo punto anche per raggiungere in auto le altre spiagge. Consigliatissimo, noi ci siamo trovati davvero bene
