Good hotel next to the river and happening Parramatta neighborhood. All bars and eating places nearby.

Not a Novotel standard. Will definitely fit under 2 star hotel.

A nice staycation spot in the middle of everything! Stayed at a king room at the higher floors and the view to the park was very nice! The rooms look renovated too!

I have already paid online and asked to pay again when I went to the store. It has been more than ten days since the refund has not arrived.

The transportation is OK, but you must be optimistic about the credit card. I have paid for the accommodation before, and I was charged the same amount in Australian dollars when I checked out. The refund has not yet arrived!
