Skye Hotel Suites Parramatta Reviews

Stayed for 9 nights. Location is close to Parramatta station. Room is generally clean. However, seems minor dirts found on bedsheets after housekeeping (note: Daily housekeeping was available as I stayed for 9 nights). However, there was a fire alarm suddenly on Valentine's day and every guest was informed to evacuate immediately from the room. It also happened last time when I stayed at Skye Green Square in Christmas last year.

Super nice hotel. Good reception, good staff, good room, clean and comfortable. Good location.

The room is very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. This room type is very suitable for family travel. The hotel is close to the train station and has developed transportation. There are many restaurants and bars nearby, and you can reach shopping malls, stations, restaurants, etc. within walking distance. It is highly recommended.

The hotel service is very good, the room is clean and cleaned in time. The location is also good, very close to the train station, and next to it is the second largest CBD in Australia. However, if the itinerary is mainly in the city, it is recommended to stay in the city. The trains in Australia will malfunction and stop running at any time, affecting the travel arrangements.

The environment is very good in all aspects. There are shops and supermarkets next to it. It is a 30-minute drive from the city center. The hotel also has a swimming pool.

The room is neat and clean, cleaned every day, and the kitchen is also very well-equipped. There are several restaurants next to the hotel, and it is also very close to Parramatta Westfield. I should stay again next time

Myself and two friends stayed at Skye recently for a festival close by. We all arrived from various places interstate in the morning, we arrived at Skye and asked if they could hold our bags while we wasted some time before check in. They allowed us to check in early at no extra charge instead. Room was clean, had coffee machine, everything we needed. Really comfortable beds. We also loved the rooftop bar and all staff were super helpful with everything. We loved our stay!

Location was good, property was clean. Communication was poor and parking on the premises $45 per day which was expensive.

The hotel had a smooth transition from check in with spacious sized room and the pool and spa was extremely relaxing

The suite was lovely. The little verandah an extra bonus. Layout was spacious. The team was very friendly, courteous and supportive.

We arrived to the "limited parking" which was completely blocked off and informed that typically when a request is made for parking they will contact but that didnt take place and they claimed their parking was booked and it was first come first serve even though there were spaces available just bollarded. We were recommended to park elsewhere in secure parking were overnight both our cars were broken into. Upon contacting management they advised its their policy and that wont change. Curious how they can claim its first come first serve for bookings when half of their carpark was empty for visitors but inaccessible. Wouldnt recommend staying here for the fact that they cannot accomodate to their guests and provide available parking spots that are secure in such a dangerous area.

A group of 6 recently stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment to attend a fesitival. The hotel staff were very helpful and accomodating. We wrre able to pay for our stay and drop our car ans luggage, and collect our dpor key upon pur return in the wee hours of the morning due to the 24hr reception. It really was a stress free experience, we will be back. Comfy pillows too.
