Great location. A number of cafes and restaurants within a 1-2 minute walk from the hotel. There’s also a large Westfield shopping complex about a 10-minute walk away, with even more restaurants and retail stores for your perusing. For those taking public transport, Parramatta train station is a similar distance (shopping centre and train station are side-by-side), which is an easy/flat walk to and from the hotel. During our stay, we were liaising with Claire, who was brilliant throughout. We had three rooms booked, and she looked after us all very well. The staff overall were friendly, and the rooms were renovated and modern. The buffet breakfast was not an overly large in selection, but a good amount of options to choose from.

Location is good. parking is a bit pricy - cost $30 a night even for a weekend. Room is ok.

Close to everything friendly staff

The interior is quite new, the room is very clean, and there is no odor! (But the perfume smell in the lobby is very strange and strong) Breakfast is optional, but there are not many choices, mainly Western food and snacks. Convenient transportation, close to Parramatta bus and railway hub. There is also a small river nearby to walk, very quiet and beautiful.

Although the hotel is a bit old, it is very good in all aspects. The front desk staff is enthusiastic and the floor waiters are kind. If you give a tip, they will leave a message in the room: God bless you.

Quite satisfied, the reception is friendly, and there are only a few breakfasts available. There are slippers, but you need to prepare toothbrushes and toothpaste.

There is a food street nearby. The road is closed at night and turns into a pedestrian street. It is very lively and has dishes from all over the world. It is very convenient. The breakfast is rich and the hotel is clean and suitable for business trips.

The room is quite decent. The shower room only has half of the glass and cannot be fully blocked. Western-style breakfast is not very suitable for Chinese stomachs, but freshly squeezed orange juice is not bad. The surrounding transportation is very convenient. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the subway and shopping malls. There are many places to eat. Overall, it is a good review!
