I made the reservation through Booking, where I indicated an early check-in, and within minutes I received an email from the hotel's Marketing Manager -Lic. Victoria Saluzzo-, who kindly requested my identity card to proceed with the early check-in, without mystery, without additional payment, without objections, just as has happened to me in other hotels.
