Ich war im Rahmen einer Tagung dort und war sehr begeistert. Grosser Gästeparkplatz ohne Berechnung. Freundlicher Empfang. Sehr schönes großes Zimmer. Hochwertig eingerichtet. Sehr sauber. Kaffee und Tee ohne Berechnung. 1 Flasche Wasser in der Minibar ebenfalls gratis. Abendessen im Wirtshaus zum Hirschen sehr frisch und lecker. Gute Preis-Leistung. Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service. Außergewöhnliche Qualität bei den Kaffeepausen. Sehr schöner SPA-Bereich mit Aussenpool.

My wife and I have just returned to our home in the U.K. after a 3 week driving tour of Deutschland. We stayed as guests for 3 nights at the Hirschen. It is a hotel that we have used many times before as we both love it here and know we will be well looked after. The Hirschen and the town of Parsberg was the first port of call on our tour because after a longish drive from the Shuttle terminal in France and then a one night stopover just outside Dortmund,we decided that we needed a few days of just rest and taking it easy. We are quite aged now ! And the Hirschen never disappoints. The suites in the new block are superb. Spotlessly clean, lots of space,superb beds and a wonderful wet room with power shower. And the icing on the cake is the fabulous restuarant just across main street of this quiet little town. We dined for 3 evenings here and ate superb meals with fine wine , all beautifully served with care and attention and kindness. Add in the large safe car park and the kindness and professionalism of the hotel staff and this really is a very fine hotel and we thoroughly recommend it. Maybe just dont stay for a single night but stay for several days as Parsberg is a delightful little town with a wonderful old Schloss to explore and surrounded by pristine forests and famland.

First our bathtub was clogged and each day we showered in more the 6-8” of water. At one point there was hair (not mine or my husbands) backing up into the water.
Second, the shower door that was installed had a broken rubber ***** on the bottom of the door. So every time we showered it left over an inch of on the floor. How it was not flooding the downstairs unit I have no idea.
Third, our safe wouldnt unlock.
Fourth, our room shared a wall with the sauna, the heat in our room was almost unbearable. If this room is going to be used for guest it should at the min. have an ac unit.
We were only there for two quick nights, getting in late the night of. The next day, because of not having a working safe we did not want maintenance coming in while we were out for the day.
When we checked out early the next day, I mentioned all the items to the front desk and the response was “thank you, we will let maintenance know”… I would have expected an apology or even some sort of compensation. It was very disappointing.
On a positive note, breakfast was great! And the service in the restaurant was top notch!

Den hervorragenden Service gibt es schon direkt beim einchecken. Es ist für alles gesorgt. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön. Das Essen ist sensationell. Kurz mal weg und richtig abschalten und gut gehen lassen, ist hier sehr gut möglich.

Der Empfang ist immer so, dass ich mich sofort wilkommen gefühlt habe. Ich durfte sogar einmal früher ins Zimmer, weil es schon fertig war. Die Zimmer werden spürbar mit viel Liebe gereinigt und für den Gast vorbeitet. Es gibt immer eine hausgemachte Marmelade zum Schluss als Geschenk, welche sehr schmackhaft ist. Das Parken ist ebenfalls nah am Haus möglich. Ich habe dort sehr gut geschlafen und konnte dadurch meine lange Autofahrten viel besser schultern.

Ein grosses Lob an die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter/innen...dass hat den Kurzurlaub perfekt gemacht. Wir haben im Gästehaus übernachtet, da wir hauptsächlich den tollen Wellnessbereich nutzen wollten. Aussenpool bei 10 C war eine Herausforderung Mittagessen war super - gesund und vegetarisch- für uns genau das richtige. Wir kommen im Juni wieder....

My wife and I stayed here again in March as aprt of a road trip to Germany. It is a hotel that we have stayed at many times and one that we love as we know we will be comfortable here and well looked after. In the past we have just stayed the single night before moving on to the mountains of Bavaria. However this time we both decided to stay longer and explore the litte town of Parsberg and its castle and it was a good decision. We have reviewed this many times before but when something is as good as thos hotel it is worth, we think, of repeating. The suites are just superb. Quiet and comfortable with great beds and a fabulous power shower. Being a pair of Oldies now we are fortunate to be able to stay in 5 star hotels. We stayed in 2 on this recent roadtrip and we have to say that the bed at the Hirschen was the best of all ! Added to that the great choice at breakfast in the mornings with a choice of egg dishes cooked to order and wonderful breads, jams,fruit,cold meats etc. If you leave here hungry in the morning, you havent tried had enough ! And then dinners in the evening in the restaurant which is just a short stroll over from the hotel. We dined on two evenings and the food was sublime. I had a wonderful local dry aged steak on both evenings and my wife had a fish dish. All beautifully presented and served with grace and charm. And just to repeat myslef again....I'm an old guy now and I am allowed to ! The Hirschen is privately owned and run by the family and it shows in everything they do here. All is done with love and care because they are clearly proud of what they offer. Thankyou Hotel Hirschen and we will return in October.

Wir haben einen perfekten Urlaub zum Jahreswechsel im Hirschen verbracht. Unser Zimmer im Gartenhaus war groß, hell und modern eingerichtet. Der Saunabereich lädt zum ausgiebigen Entspannen ein und ein gut ausgestattetes Gym bietet ausreichend Möglichkeiten für Sport. Das Essen ist hervorragend, besonders gefallen hat uns die durchgängige Verwendung regionaler Produkte - vieles in Bio Qualität. Beim Frühstück frisch zubereitetes Obst und viele selbst gemachte Speisen. Das gesamte Personal kümmert sich mit viel Liebe fürs Detail um die Gäste. Eine Spitzen Silvesterfeier mit 5-Gänge Menü war der Höhepunkt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.
