A small hotel is more convenient. There are supermarkets and small restaurants nearby. It's okay. As for the service, it's basically nothing, but the service staff has a good attitude and a nice smile!

The bath towel was too dirty and had hair all over it. The bath towel was also very old. I stopped posting the pictures for fear of scaring others.

A hotel with high cost performance. The room is large, with its own microwave heating, relatively quiet, and the front desk service attitude is good. The surrounding area is very safe, and there is a relatively large Vons supermarket next to it, which is very convenient for shopping. The main reason is that it is relatively close to Pasadena Center, the meeting point where I have a meeting, and Uber is only 10 minutes away. Overall very satisfied.

Clean room, comfortable bed, good TV. Bathroom could use towel racks and a safety bar in shower for older folks (like me). Overall a great value for the price.

Wifi terrible. Bathroom terrible. Only gave 1 half of the toilet paper. The birds were chirping all night couldnt sleep. TV has nothing on it.

The stay was great. Despite being at Colorado Boulevard, it felt quiet, just the birds could be heard singing at nighttime and in the early morning.

I felt safe at this location. I only wished they offered at least a continental breakfast with coffee other than the coffee that’s in the room. I just went to my room and eat at the taco truck across the street good tacos 🌮

This hotel was a great value. The room was modern and had been updated at some point in the recent past. Hotel is in a great location. Decent restaurants nearby as well as a Walgreens and a supermarket within a short walk. Staff was friendly and helpful. Quiet at night too. Pool wasn’t ready for use but it was too cold to use it anyway.

This hotel exceeded my expectations so I extended my stay and was there for a month while relocating to Pasadena. Sam and the other gentleman that works there are very kind and helpful. When I checked out I had a total of 5 keys from locking myself out of my room and each time Sam would be there to give me another key and always very nice to me being apologetic. I really enjoyed my time at this hotel and would definitely recommend!

The beds moved when i would turn, made it hard to sleep, it was hard to sleep with people slamming doors all night

I have stayed at this property at least 15 times in the past four months, and my experience every single time has been excellent. The staff always placed me on the floor that I requested, the rooms are clean, the housekeeping staff is great, the front desk employees are welcoming, respectful, kind, and accommodating and my experience has always been wonderful. In fact, I come to Pasadena every week or every other week for work, and I have always stayed at The Hyland Inn.
