Lovely stay. Breakfast was great with loads of options. Nice swimming pool and hot tub open to 10pm which can be a great way to end the day. The only criticism is the parking fee of $35 a day. That's a bit too pricey.

It's a 5-minute walk from Pasadena Old Street and a 5-minute drive from the nearest Ralph's. There are many places to eat and shop nearby. Don't miss the City Hall and a Japanese restaurant called Wasaka. The hotel parking fee is 35🔪 per day, but the public parking in the same building is capped at 12🔪 per day, so you can save a lot. The hotel has coin-operated laundry, which is very livable.

Overall it's pretty good, but the parking fee of $35 a day is not worth it. The hotel parking lot is connected to the public parking lot, which is much cheaper. The breakfast is rich and the location is excellent. We drove here. The room was not cleaned. The picture shows the public parking lot and the hotel parking lot together. Ctrip wrote at the beginning that it was $25 a day and the hotel was $35.

It was beyond my expectation. As I am a Marriott Platinum member, I was able to check in if there was a room available when I arrived at 11am. Hotels there usually only allow check-in at 3pm. There is a supermarket Ralphs with a full range of products, where you can buy California wine, cheese, ham, etc. The restaurants in the old town are also delicious, and the average cost per person is US$25.

The hotel is very new and has a good location. Pasadena is a good place for walking. If you drive, you can park in the parking building behind the hotel for 12 dollars for 24 hours. You don't need to buy the hotel's parking ticket. The hotel charges 35 dollars a day for the same parking building.

It is very close to the main street of the old city, just a few minutes' walk away. The rooms facing the street make noises from cars and the air conditioner is quite loud when it starts, but it can be ignored if you are not a light sleeper who wakes up easily. Overall satisfactory

It is equivalent to a domestic economy hotel. The service is only average. There was no room service the next day. I was really disappointed! But the advantage is that the location is good. You don’t have to worry about safety when walking outside at 8:00 pm.

The service industry in the United States is average. The equipment in the hotel is not as complete as that in China, and the staff are also indifferent. Later, I asked him, and he confirmed with another staff member and told me that the refund had been processed, but I didn’t receive it at all after half a month. Later, I asked the hotel again, and the hotel shirked each other, saying that they would find a specific person to follow up on this matter, and transferred from one department to another. Later, they dragged on and shirked each other and did not deal with it or reply. Feeling helpless, I asked Ctrip customer service. It was quite heartwarming. The customer service told me not to worry and would help me communicate. Because they didn’t want me to have such a bad experience, they refunded the extra money to me first.

Every employee has good service. We checked in in the evening. The kind staff gave me a breakfast card as well. Breakfast was great.
