Clean hotel, comfortable bed. No elevator Comes with all the needed amenities

Only stayed overnight to rest from a long fligh before my local connection flight. The hotel is budget friebdly and very near the airport, especially near T2 terminal. The only problem is no elevator and we have a couple of heavy bags to carry to 3rd floor.

A little hard to get a grab from there and in a small dead end ally. Clean room

never got to the hotel , my flight was cancelled , tried all options available to see if they could change my date for a fee , but no one answered my emails or phone calls , after a fair few times of trying , in todays modern world it is essencial to have someone to answer all correspondance , to ignore is a sign of bad management and lack of respect to the guest, allowing travellers to change there date due to cancelation is a must , so many hotels out there that do have this option , it goes to prove this hotel is struggling to find guests to stay, maybe if they changed their policy more would book , glad i did not get there to be honest , poor management !

The accommodation was great!

The hotel is well located, clean rooms, friendly staff. But water was leaking from the air conditioner into the room, there was sweat, and the suitcases almost got wet. They brought towels and a basin, and that's how they cleaned up the leak.

The hotel is new, but there are already shortcomings. Ants in the toilet, friends' air conditioning didn't work, they changed their room. There is a refrigerator. Check-in is only after 15-00, but you can leave things. There is no shuttle service, but the staff will help you book a taxi. The hotel is not big, so it is quite quiet. Located a little away from the busy street, but you need to drive to the terminals.

First of all, let’s talk about the service. The service is very good and enthusiastic. Complaints about the hardware: There is no elevator, so I have to carry a big bag up to the 4th floor. There is no water for bathing...the water flow is too weak to take a bath. If you are used to bathing every day, please do not choose this place.

The hotel is clean! Very friendly staff. Helped with calling an inexpensive taxi to the airport. We left luggage (winter clothes, shoes, etc.) for a week for FREE!!! The airport (terminal 3) is 700 meters away. The area next to the hotel is dirty!!! but not dangerous.

We used this hotel for an over night stop between flights, its proximity to the airport and affordability sealed the deal. Our standard double room was all we needed with air conditioning, a fridge, TV, safe, comfortable bed, good shower and tea and coffee making facilities. Outside local shops and restaurants and a seven 11. The staff were friendly and helpful. We took a Grab to terminal 3 ~ 125PHP.

I cancelled my visit well before I was due to stay by emailing the address provided for this purpose. Received absolutely no response, then got a notification the day before check-in saying "booking confirmed1" and that my credit card had been charged. I emailed again asking what the hell was going on - why had I not received any confirmation of my cancellation and why had my credit card been charged? I finally received a response - "oh sorry! We didn't read the email!" What kind of business are you running if you don't even read your emails??? They told me that I would be refunded. Two weeks later and I have not been refunded, despite following up several times. This hotel obviously provides appalling service and runs their operations in a very sloppy, negligent way. I would not recommend booking with them or having anything to do with them.
