Pros: Strategically located very near SM Mall of Asia, Parqal, and other high end hotels and ******* in the area. There's a convenience store right across the building. There's a bank very near to the hotel.
Cons:
The promoted pictures are deceiving. The room provided is spacious but smell old (smell like molds). The wall papers are like jigsaw puzzles, patches of wall paper all around the room. It is not refurbished very well. Typical breakfast buffet.
I will not recommend. Most Airbnb's are much better than this hotel.

The location is great, since we have our event at SM MOA Arena this hotel is just a walking distance to the arena, service and cleanlines is good, but some of the amenities and equipment is not working well, one of the tv is not working, and the door handle seems like needed repair although it is still working well. One plus point is the refrigerator is working so well even the freezer is working well. Overall everything is good while we stay here.

Since I have a plan to go to arena for volleyball match, the hotel location is really help me out with just 5 minutes walking distance. One female staff was not so friendly (I guess coz we check in at 4am since our flight land late) and helpful but the rest is fine, they actually provide great customer service so will definitely book there again on my next trip.

It was volleyball world championship 2025 in september. Good service but old rooms.
