VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE NO UNIT OWNER WAS THERE TO ASSIST US SHE IS VERY RUDE AND SHOUTING ON THE PHONE I WILL NEVER BOOK TO THIS OWNER AGAIN. AIRCON IS VERY LOW THERE ARE SOME SMALL COCKROACHES, THE ONLY GOOD THING IS LOCATION FOR TRAVELLERS WITH LONG LAY OVER SINCE ITS INFRONT OF NAIA TERMINAL 3.

This hotel is near the airport. The toiletries were not prepared and I even bought some in nearest pharmacy. The room wifi is small and I lost the internet connection by connecting for around 20 minutes.

Clean. Spotted two small roaches but managed to get rid of them. Location is good.

Issue with internet, location is hard to get reception for data roaming. Room is very clean and easy to get to. The amenities are good.

If you’re looking for a short stay hotel room between connecting flights (as we did) then the hotel serves its purpose as it’s within walking to the airport. The hotel room was very basic. Air con was old, mattress was quite thin. But it has the essentials for a short stay. There are a few , but not many, places within walking distance. No notable restaurants or places to see. There’s some convenience stores and places to eat such as subway.

One Palm Tree, a 2-minute walk from Runway Manila, from which the terminal is a 5-minute walk via an overpass. . This is the corner of Resort drive and Newport. Purely. Quiet. Overall very good. .
