Booked VIP room. Staffs are friendly and kind, help me in my luggages. Room is clean and tidy. Affordable and worth the price. It's like getting more than what you paid for. Ref, hair drier, water heater and vault are available.

Everything is good. We will come back again! My wife was very happy.

What I like about staying here is first its location which is very accessible, second is its friendly and accommodating staffs, third is the room cleanliness and it's spacious, forth is the serving of the food we ordered for lunch and even the complimentary breakfast. So if you plan to stay on a hotel nearby areas like NAIA, bus stations, mrt stations, food establishments, and other business trips, choose New Winston Hotel. I highly recommend it! 😊☺️

Everything is OK.. only 1 thing I don't like..I ask 2cups of hot water and it's very slow..they serve almost 2hrs..the staff is helpful and nice.

I usually stay at New Winston when I'm in Manila, the staff is very nice and I feel that it's safe it's very close to the airport around 20 minutes, and within walking distance to Baclaran for some shopping, but the price has gone up a bit, I paid 1800 pesos for one night. There are cheaper hotels but I like the location so it's worth it.

My room was very clean and the staff was very helpful and professional. The only complaint I have is that the towels they use should be changed because when I dried myself off, my body was full of lent from the towel.

We stayed here for 2 nights on September 24, 2023. The staff at the front desk are very conscientious and you can feel safe at this hotel! Room service is also very quick. Although it's Pasay, it's close to Baclaran Church and the market, about a 20-minute walk, and there's a Jollibee nearby, so it's convenient. You can also have meals brought to your hotel room. I thought there was quite a lot on the menu and the prices were reasonable. On the way back, I booked a taxi to the airport, but they called a proper taxi for me and it cost me 230PHP. I plan to use it again. It's a bit far to Malate by Grab Taxi for 350 PHP. There are many types of rooms, so be sure to check carefully!

I arrived at the hotel at 1 am and my room was not ready so I waited 1 hour Poor organisation dirty room with cockroach and hard mattress and shower break I will not come back
