Maganda ang location accessible sa lahat, the staff are very pleasant and always showing extra miles. Very approachable and helpful. Most especially the house keeping. Feeling the ambiance like 2nd home.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. The overall ambiance was relaxing and perfect for a getaway. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and value!

We arrive 1:30pm no line easy check in
I was asked what i prefere high floor or low floor we choose high receptionish gave 10th floor away from elevator which is good and with heater this time. Special mention to ruby from housekeeping who is friendly and brought our needs asap after taking our call bathrobe extra water extra coffee etc…

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel 101 - Manila. The location is perfect — it’s very close to Ninoy Aquino International Airport, making it super convenient for both arrivals and departures. It’s also just a short ride to the Mall of Asia, where you can shop, dine, and enjoy entertainment options.
There are also many restaurants and food stalls nearby, so you’ll never run out of choices for meals, whether you’re craving local Filipino dishes or international cuisine.
The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-managed. The staff are friendly and helpful, making the overall experience even better.

the place is nice, the staffs (from receptionists, security, pool attendant and the housekeepers) are very accommodating, the place is peaceful and clean.
