Holiday Inn Newport offers a decent stay with comfortable rooms and friendly staff, but considering the price is similar to Citadines, I’d personally opt for Citadines. While Holiday Inn is fine for a short stay, Citadines offers more modern amenities and a better overall value for the same price. If you’re looking for more up-to-date facilities and a livelier atmosphere, Citadines would be my choice.

Great location especially if you're having a flight via terminal 3. Hotel staff are very courteous and approachable. Thanks to the beautiful receptionist for assigning me into a room with a nice airport view! ❣️ I had a good rest after my long flight. And their buffet breakfast is also good! They serve no pork for breakfast.

My wife and I along with our son stayed there for one night. Room was clean and smelt good along with the bathroom. Ac was also cold. My only two complaintd was that the hot water in the shower was only just enough and wasn't consistent. My second complaint was that on the way from the elevator to the room at the end of the hallway it smelt like mold, then cooked food then smelt like paint and another time mostly paint. We stayed on the ninth floor and a guy came out the room next to us who had painting because he had a cart with paint. My wife is pregnant and we have a three year old son so I worried about that. Those are my only issues otherwise linen and bed comfy, locks on the window good, good tv signal, and tv clarity. Breakfast buffet wasn't that great. Thought it was a waste. Tables were opened but not cleaned right away and also a waited broke glass on the floor. Another waiter was snappy when I asked a question didn't let me finish.

The hotel convenient for the traveller walking distance to the terminal 3 NAIA

We have to book another hotel since the first one we had is unresponsive and no attended from us. Thank you trip.com for assisting us. We made a booking for Holiday Inn. Location is accessible, safe and clean. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the amenities and free breakfast in the morning. Good thing they have a designated smoking area.

The room is spacious and conducive for an overnight stay but my stay was extended on the same room because of the bad weather.

Surely worth every penny. Clean amenities. Nice breakfast. Good view from our room.

This is business express so one should not expect luxury stay such as comfortable space and service. It’s meant to be a decent transient place. The breakfast buffet did not have a wide variety but at least no wastage. The downside though is the pastries in their bar cafe is a bit subpar like they were days old not to mention super slow service. The room also is not that spic and span, probably a relatively old hotel than its neighbors. At least their bed is still the usual Holiday Inn bed -comfortable; plus, they have a pullout sofa bed. Their bathrooms only got showers and it’s quite small.

Location is good as it’s just a 5-min walk to Newport Mall. Breakfast is ok, and has option of “Grab&Go” if you’re in a hurry which includes assorted pastries, box of brownies and coffee/juice. It’s just that my shower’s heater seems not working properly (already reported twice) and backlight of the bathroom’s mirror was also needing of replacement/ repair.

Ok not bad front desk staff are nice

Had a terrible experience in this hotel.. booked a city view but ended up getting a basement view. Don’t trust this place.

Am glad the owner contacted me and relocated us in Holiday Inn Hotel. Was somehow scammed by an agent from Palm Tree Condo. Booked a room from them 2 weeks ago but then during the check in date, the room isn't available. We were transferred into a transient (looks like a lodge, unsafe place) temporarily while waiting for the condo to be available by the next day. Had some argument with the agent 'till I got a call from the Holiday Inn that we'll be transferred to their hotel. It was a good experienced staying in Holiday Inn but at the same had bad moments.
