The location is fine. Taxi can manage to drop/pick you. There is a parking fee which is very disappointing charging us too much. Regarding the cleanliness, what to expect for an old bldg. Molds and cockroach are everywhere. Good thing is there toothbrush & soap available.

I was curious about it because it was cheap, so I decided to try it out.
It's in a weedy, common area, so if you're not used to it, you might hesitate, but the security is not bad. You can meet cheerful Filipinos.

The staff were helpful and brought our luggages upstairs since they don’t have elevators. Checking and checkout processes were smooth.

We choose to stay here while waiting for our flight, i will say same things as my previous comments and reviews about this hotel, yes its cheap but its worth ur money. Convenient an easy to access market, convenience stores, malls, fast foods. Receptionist and staffs were all accomodating and friendly.
