One Terence Residences Pasay near MOA

This hotel was very peaceful and welcoming. If you prefer quiet luxury, this is the place. Everything felt well-designed and quiet.

I really like the cleanliness of my room and that the water was free. I have no complaints about the service

It was a good experience, had trouble getting to it because the avenue was under construction so we had to walk around thru the alleys, but the people were really nice and it's very close to the VA outpatient clinic, MOA, and McDonalds. There's also a quaint bar across the street to chill. Rooms had Netflix, but no basic toiletries like toothbrush and stuff. They have some sort of soap, 2 looked like ectoplasm and 1 looked like alien 👾 ****. Could not figure out the shower so we did a ****** bath and moved on. Overall, good place, just needs some work. Oh, there was a toilet, but no seat.... Gross 🤮

Not worth the price! 4k, 1 night tapos ganito. Tinanong namin si ate na receptionist if saan may pwede parkingan. Di man lang maayos makipag usap. Galit lagi at pabalang na “Hindi ko nga alam, bahala kayo at ewan ko sa inyo” ang sagot. Tapos pagdating namin sa mismong lobby hindi pa raw naready room namin kasi akala nya for 2 pax lang. Mind you na mag 9pm na kami dadating ang check in time ay 2pm. Edi pagod kami tapos di pa raw naayos. Edi nagwait kami parang sya pa galit na mali sya ng pagkakakita. Then, wala man lang water dispenser, walang ref, wala table, walang cabinet for gamit. Hindi gumagana isang sink. Parang preso ka as per the photo. Tapos pinakanakakainis is pinagmamadali kami magcheck out! ILANG BESES KAMI KINATOK KAHIT SINABI NA NAMIN INAAYOS NALANG YUNG GAMIT! AT HINDI MAAYOS MAKIPAG USAP. SABI SAMIN “MAG AADD NA KAYO PAG DI PA KAMI NAGOUT” wala man lang thank you pagkaalis namin. Never again! Sayang pera, pangit pa ng service

Had a very good stay at One Terence Residences. The place was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The staff were also very accommodating and friendly throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant place to stay!

Bawal visitor , Bawal na lumabas at pumasok after 12 midnight, the reason why hindi namin nakasama yung parents namin kahit willing kami mag add ng bayad

The lady in charge is very mabait, all in all service is good. May problema lang sa aircon. Sira yung aircon nila ayaw lumamig ng room tas naayos saglit tas iinit na naman. Goods naman din for the price for three days. Would recommend if you're around pasay lang.
