Loved the breakfast and free wine tasting. There isn’t a pool onsite as Orbitz advertises so they credited us the resort fee for our stay and gave us a complimentary bottle of wine :) Great customer service

The check-in process was very easy, and the staff was friendly and pleasant throughout. The rooms were very clean, the common areas were also clean. The bed was comfortable, the room is spacious. The odd thing was, the door of the room opened outward; rather than into the room. Not a big deal at all, just different. The breakfast that is offered had variety and was a nice continental breakfast. The wine tasting was a nice touch, considering the town. The location is walking distance to a lot of restaurants, which was nice. Considering it’s in the downtown area, you don’t get that quiet a country location would offer. Overall, I would recommend it.

AMAZING!!! This property is absolutely amazing. From the minute we walked in we were blown away with the hospitality and service. The personal recommendations for all activities made us feel so special and truly valued. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a first floor room with a patio right out the door. The upstairs bar was not serving on the Monday we were there, but the downstairs has a full bar as well. We took our drinks upstairs and enjoyed the street view of Paso. Delightful! We had a complimentary wine tasting in the lobby as well. Breakfast was not just coffee and pastries, they also had several choices of quiche, avocado toast bites as well as fruit and yogurt. Thank you Piccolo for making our visit AMAZING!!

While the rooms are Very, Very nice, the super friendly staff, the "walk to everything location" and the gorgeous rooftop bar are what make The Piccolo special! I know it is a complete coincidence, but every staff member we dealt with had a first name that begin with "M"! I made the reservation with an "M" who was super informative, "M" (bellman) went out of his way our entire visit to be welcoming and helpful, "M" at the front desk always knew what we needed to know plus always had tokens available for the champagne vending machine :-), and "M" (director of hospitality) kept everything humming along perfectly. Quite frankly, our only complaint was the limited sky bar hours early in the week... that said, we had it all to ourselves two nights, brought our own bottle of Harmony Vineyards wine and didn't have a single complaint... the view of the town and the sunset is stunning! Don't let the antique appearance of the building fool you, everything is brand spanking new! Will we back? Absolutely!!!

Very friendly staff, comfortable room, clean and walking distance of restaurants, wine bars and store.

We were very pleased with our stay! The staff were very nice, the room was beautiful, and housekeeping was outstanding! It was so convenient to walk only a block or so to the park and lots of shops and restaurants. The only thing a bit disappointing was slowness of their concierge service for hotel reservations, but since that's something we can easily do ourselves, next time we'd just do that. Would definitely stay there again! (and...champagne vending machine!!!)

Terrific hotel! This was my first time staying. Friendly and capable staff, lovely room and comfortable bed, and wonderful rooftop bar. We will definitely be back.
