Great hotel, very attentive and hospitable staff, excellent cuisine (booked bed&breakfast but ended up having dinner at the hotel). Comfortable rooms, lived in the last cottage by the sea. Large pool. Minor problems were resolved in the shortest possible time. Everything is good. Special thanks to Janaka for a perfectly organized holidays.

В связи с низким сезоном, хозяин отеля распустил весь персонал. Осталось буквально пара человек. Комнаты не убирали, и тем более постельное белье и полотенца никто не менял. Воду принесли один и раз и то ее наливают в стеклянные бутылки, поэтому какого качества она неизвестно. Номер сам грязный. На завтрак и ужин возили в соседний отель 3* (того же хозяина).Это при том, что оплатили мы 4*. Питание, мягко говоря, отвратительное. Если на ужин еще хоть что-то можно было взять, то завтраки просто ужас: горелые панкейки, такие же вафли. Мизерные тарелки с фруктами. Пляж: его просто нет у отеля. В воде кораллы, и ими же усыпан пляж и никто это не убирает. Лежаков нет. Отель просто мертвый. Тур стоил не мылых денег. Вечером по территории отеля гуляли КОРОВЫ! И после них никто не удосужился убрать территорию.

Отель был в туре, особо не выбирал его. Оказался так себе. Отель полу заброшенный, людей мало. Качество обслуживания оставляет желать лучшего, явно не 4 звезды. Уборку не делали неделю, пока я не поднял этот вопрос. Мыло и тд в номере не меняют, воду не ставят.

Two days B&B stay at Passi Villas From 08th December 10th December 2022 I was the only guest for the entire hotel.. On my stay, there were only 2 staff members available, one looking after the interior / rooms, restaurant front desk services etc., the other one looking after the outside / garden, swimming pool etc. and There was one security guard who worked from 1800 hours to the following day 06.00 hours. With my experience at Passi Villas, Passikudah, Sri Lanka I would like to write a few guidelines for the future travellers who look for accommodation at the hotel. 1.clarify what is included in your package before you accept the offer. 2 check if the resident manager or front desk service is available. 3 check the swimming pool is ready to use for the guests. 4 check if the hotel kitchen is functioning for hot cooking meals or you will be offered packed dinner from outside.. 5 check if your preferred beverages are available at the hotel or you need to bring your own from outside. 6 if the hotel fails to give agreed service, are they still going to charge the full amount as per the offer they have given

Habitación muy bonita en primera línea del mar, piscina espectacular. Desayuno muy completo y rico Excelente servicio. Era el día de mi cumpleaños y tuvieron muy bonitos detalles como servirnos el desayuno en la piscina, escribir el happy Birthday con flores en la cama o llenar la bañera de flores. Hicieron que mi estancia el día de mi cumpleaños allí fuera de 10. Excelente relación calidad precio. El trato y servicio tanto del encargado Abishek como sus compañeros fue inmejorable. Atentos, amables y muy simpáticos.

Very pleasant stay with good customer service . Manager and staff went extra miles . Food was excellent . Good quality pool. They were nice and smiling all the way . Welcome drink was excellent . Breakfast was authentic Srilankan cuisine . We enjoyed every single minutes of our stay . Would definitely recommend to our friends and family . But will definitely comeback .
