Hotel Cavalieri

The strong point is certainly the magnificent location overlooking the lake and the price, but despite the friendliness of the owner there were unforgivable shortcomings. There are normal radiators in the rooms which are turned off at night and in the morning the room and bathroom are freezing as there is no air conditioning. In the bathroom there is no recirculation and suction of air, so it suffocates. At the request for face towels we twice received the white shower mat which according to the owner should be used for the face. There are no toiletries, even small ones, in the bathroom but two old and used soap dishes. The double bed was very badly made, I had to make it again three times in the night with three old and heavy tyres, absurd. The cold breakfast room in the morning without heating presents a poor and not very clean buffet, I repeat it is December 8th with 5 degrees outside and therefore cold. Rooms not soundproofed, you can hear people snoring at night. Worse than that, I don't know if you know what I mean

Avevo letto recensioni contrastanti ho trovato l'hotel in buona posizione. La camera era pulita gli asciugamani e il bagno puliti ad eccezione del box doccia pieno di calcare negli sportelli. La Cena Disastrosa indegna, per primo piatto gnocchi ai formaggi e al pesto (scusatemi io sono genovese quel pesto era terribile) secondo piatto ci viene offerta scelta fra arrosto di tacchino e formaggio con miele. Io scelgo formaggio al miele (per fortuna) mio marito arrosto di tacchino e si è visto arrivare delle fettine sottili di quelle che si acquistano nelle buste al supermercato, Contorni ceci aperto scatoletta e messi nel piattino io insalata scondita e appassita (a casa mia io l'avrei gettata nella spazzatura)

Albergo molto carino con vista Lago. Camera carina. Staff molto cordiale. Parcheggio auto nel parcheggio dell albergo. Colazione buona. A 20 minuti dista Castiglione del Lago. E a 3 km sei sul lungo Lago di Passignano per una bella passeggiata in relax

Abbiamo prenotato con un cofanetto Emozioni, con un po' d'ansia per le recensioni negative. L'hotel è un po' datato, ma abbiamo trovato una camera pulita con tutto il necessario, asciugamani e lenzuola puliti, colazione a buffet con una buona varietà di prodotti. La proprietaria carinissima e gentile. La posizione è ottima, vicino al lago e ai ristoranti . Ci tornerei? Si

Stayed with the family using a Smartbox. Neglected hotel, but for those who love Lake Trasimeno it is in a convenient position. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was supposed to be a buffet, but they brought something to the table. Internal parking. Presence of internal restaurant. (We had dinner at a nearby restaurant). The good-sized room with a small terrace overlooking the lake. The structure needs some renovation work especially for the fixed ones that do not isolate or from the freeway traffic.

The hygiene level of the rooms is below the minimum standard for a hotel in Italy. The structure is dated, good location, lake view and low prices. Heating not optimal, practically absent in the breakfast room. Breakfast does not include savory foods.

Very neglected and dirty hotel. We stayed at the end of January. We had to stay for two nights and three days. We left the day after our arrival...first because there was no hot water. No heating, not even during dinner. In fact, we didn't take our coats off. dosso. the terrible dinner, inedible dishes, I strongly advise against it if you don't want to ruin your holiday because it is very badly managed.

I booked a stay at the hotel -Hotel Cavaliere, via delle ginestre 5 Passignano sul Trasimeno-. I am writing to you to list the negative vicissitudes that have been occurring since our arrival. Upon our arrival (around 5.30pm) the hotel, booked with emotion3, was desolate and dark, with no one at reception, to the point that we had to call the number indicated at the entrance. A lady (Luana) answered and after a while she arrived. I asked her about the tickets (included in the box set) and she replied that she didn't know anything about them and that something like this had never happened to her before. He asked us for documents for registration for the room, gave us the keys and we went to the room. The room was absolutely not as described in the box set, but it was in the basement and dirty: a hovel. The shower with mold and water leaks. We immediately went to Luana and pointed out that it was not a lake view room. She replied angrily saying that what's on the box is worth nothing and that we had to call when it's not expected after the booking was confirmed by the hotel. The lady insisted on denying everything and I made her read what was written (a lake view room was included in the box set) she continued to say that it was worth nothing. In the end he gave us the room next to the other and told us to choose between the two, leaving our documents unattended at the reception in the meantime. In fact, when we returned, the lady had vanished again. The next day we had breakfast: dirty cups and terrible service. We are truly saddened because the cost of the box set is absolutely not worth the price of this actual night in this beautiful Umbrian land which however has no alternatives in terms of facilities. This structure is not reliable among the available availability and I write this review to protect future customers.
