The hotel was right on the lake with a beautiful view at sunrise, but that's the only positive point; the rest was quite bad. At check-in, there was no one at reception; we had to use the intercom several times before someone came to answer, and they weren't very enthusiastic. The breakfast was poor; at least there was only one freshly brewed coffee, but the rest from the machine was cold and bad, with very average food options. The room was old with a not very comfortable bed. We won't be returning; the only downside is the low price, but it's possible to find something close to the price and better.

The strong point is certainly the magnificent location overlooking the lake and the price, but despite the friendliness of the owner there were unforgivable shortcomings. There are normal radiators in the rooms which are turned off at night and in the morning the room and bathroom are freezing as there is no air conditioning. In the bathroom there is no recirculation and suction of air, so it suffocates. At the request for face towels we twice received the white shower mat which according to the owner should be used for the face. There are no toiletries, even small ones, in the bathroom but two old and used soap dishes. The double bed was very badly made, I had to make it again three times in the night with three old and heavy tyres, absurd. The cold breakfast room in the morning without heating presents a poor and not very clean buffet, I repeat it is December 8th with 5 degrees outside and therefore cold. Rooms not soundproofed, you can hear people snoring at night. Worse than that, I don't know if you know what I mean
