O hotel estava de frente para o lago com vista é muito bonito ao amanhecer, mas este é o único ponto positivo o resto bem ruim, checkin não havia ninguém na recepção tivemos de usar o interfone algumas vezes até alguém vir atender sem muita vontade. Café da manhã ruim apenas um café feito na hora ao menos mas o resto na máquina frio é ruim e com opções bem regulares de comida. Quarto antigo com cama não muito confortável, não voltaremos, apenas o custo abaixo mas é possível achar algo próximo do preço e melhor.

The strong point is certainly the magnificent location overlooking the lake and the price, but despite the friendliness of the owner there were unforgivable shortcomings. There are normal radiators in the rooms which are turned off at night and in the morning the room and bathroom are freezing as there is no air conditioning. In the bathroom there is no recirculation and suction of air, so it suffocates. At the request for face towels we twice received the white shower mat which according to the owner should be used for the face. There are no toiletries, even small ones, in the bathroom but two old and used soap dishes. The double bed was very badly made, I had to make it again three times in the night with three old and heavy tyres, absurd. The cold breakfast room in the morning without heating presents a poor and not very clean buffet, I repeat it is December 8th with 5 degrees outside and therefore cold. Rooms not soundproofed, you can hear people snoring at night. Worse than that, I don't know if you know what I mean

PEGGIOR HOTEL DI SEMPRE! EVITATELO A TUTTI I COSTI! Se potessi dare zero stelle, lo farei. Questo posto è un disastro totale, probabilmente il peggior hotel in cui abbia mai messo piede. PULIZIA? INESISTENTE. Le stanze sono sporchissime, con muffa ovunque, ragnatele sui lampadari e un'igiene generale da incubo. I letti sono sfondati e sporchi, il frigorifero è pieno di muffa e puzza di marcio. Le docce? Piene di muffa anche loro. BAGNI FUORI USO. L'acqua non è nemmeno calda, e a volte sembra contaminata. I rubinetti cadono a pezzi e alcuni bagni non funzionano proprio. ELETTRODOMESTICI ROTTI E PERICOLOSI. Le lampade non funzionano, alcuni phon sono attaccati con lo scotch, e in alcune stanze il phon emette odore di bruciato, intossicando l'aria. Il WiFi? C'è, ma non funziona. CIBO IMMANGIABILE. La cucina è scadente, il cibo viene servito freddo e a volte ci si trova dentro cose che non dovrebbero esserci. SERVIZIO PESSIMO. Il personale è scarso e poco presente. L’hotel è isolato dal mondo, lontano da ristoranti e servizi. E nonostante tutto questo schifo, il prezzo è assurdo. Semplicemente un incubo. Non fate il mio errore: state alla larga da questo posto!

Beh.. voglio dire che prima avevo un po' paura di venire in questo hotel, leggendo le recensioni ho detto..NON e DA ME..ma alla fine ho detto, PERCHÉ NO?... sarà una nuova avventura. Comunque,non capisco perché tutte queste recensioni cattive,NOI siamo trovati benissimo,le camere erano super pulite,vista lago,terrazzo grande, posacenere già sul tavolino sul terrazzo,il riscaldamento e stato acceso tutta la notte.La signora (credo la proprietaria)e stata molto disponibile e sempre spiritosa.Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante del albergo,cena con 15 euro a persona (primo, secondo, contorno e addirittura il dolce,senza bevande incluse).. Posso dire tutto buono Il cameriere e stato molto disponibile,la colazione con la scelta di 4 tipi di torte fatte in casa e croissant che avevi la possibilità di farcirli come vuoi( marmelate e nutella a discrezione , frutta (mele) sempre al buffet... LO CONSIGLIO con il cuore questo albergo.,..NON date la retta a tutte le recensioni negative. Ringrazio a Luana e al cameriere per la loro disponibilità....

Avevo grandi dubbi nel prenotare avendo letto le recensioni negative . Confermo che il posto è BOOMER ma gli spazi a disposizione sono ampi proprio come gli alberghi di una volta la hall è grande quanto una albergo del Millennium. Abbiamo pagato 55€ la stanza matrimoniale con vista lago e tv da 50 Pollici , 15€ la cena a persona con un primo un secondo e Dolce e 2,50 un cappuccino un caffè e cornetti a volontà. Certo se volete la stanza al Gran Palace Hotel avete sbagliato indirizzo qui troverete un albergo con piscina vista Lago a prezzi imbattibili . Grazie Luana sei la Mirandolina dei giorni nostri e lascia stare i commenti negativi perché non meritano la tue battute alla Checco Zalone .
