Like Like Like Like 👍 This hotel is the best I live in Nepal, and the price/performance ratio is really super high. The location is very convenient, a ten-minute walk is one of the largest shopping malls in the area. Attractions are also very close. First of all, the service is superb. As soon as you arrive at the hotel, someone will help you take your luggage upstairs, as well as welcome juice and fruits. There are two restaurants in the hotel, and the restaurant upstairs has a view of the landscape, which is very beautiful. The hotel room is very comfortable and clean and very new, the bath water in the bathroom is very hot. The best thing is that the breakfast is an a la carte breakfast. There are many types. There is an entire menu with a wide variety of drinks, from coffee to freshly squeezed juices, to freshly made chocolates, muffins and cakes. Both American breakfast and local breakfast are available. What's better is that this hotel is very new, very good compared to other Nepal hotels. The manager of the hotel is very enthusiastic and keeps asking how is the hotel every day? How is the breakfast? The hotel can also help to book a taxi, which is very cheap. Just call him when you come back from the attraction, or you can book a taxi. We stayed for a week, and the plane was at 8 o'clock in the evening, and he was very considerate to let us check out late and return at 5 o'clock. This hotel is really worth recommending. If you come to Kathmandu, don't hesitate to book this one.

I've been to Nepal and the Kathmandu valley many times over the years and have stayed in countless hotels. This was my first time staying in Patan and at Square hotel. You may have read somewhere that this is a high tech hotel and it is but reassuringly it also has high human touch also. Where to start? Ok let's start at the airport - I arrived early morning, exhausted and happy to see the prominent sign with my name on it when I exited Tribhuvan international arrivals. The driver was polite and got me to the hotel quickly. Even though I arrived at 10.30 in the morning, there was none of that nonsense that I would have to wait sitting in the reception area until a room was ready. You know that old line that many hotels around the world love to peddle when they see you coming in their front door before 4.30 pm. No, this was a proper welcome, a nice refreshing welcome drink and a helpful; staff member took me up to my room. I was there for a week on business and quickly got to know my way around the hotel. The reception level also has a well furnished bar and next to that is the dining room where I had breakfast every morning. There's a lovely selection of Nepali/Indian items as well as some western items. I stuck to the Nepali breakfast - very tasty and filling. Up on the 4th floor is a lovely terrace cum bar/restaurant and I ate there most evenings. Great menu with mix of local, Indian and western dishes. There's lovely views from up here of the surrounding hills and mountains of the Kathmandu valley. The rooms as I mentioned before are a good size and with touch switches for lighting, curtains and taps. The shower is great, powerful and plenty of toiletries. Stand out for me though is the people who work in this hotel. Everyone has been well trained, they are professional, polite and courteous. I sent a lot of time up on the terrace and the staff there were so efficient and nice, I'm missing them all already and I'm only home 2 days! If anyone from the hotel management should read this review, please pass on my thanks to all of your magnificent staff. I'll be back again in a few months time and looking forward to seeing everyone again.

The moment I stepped in, I was greeted with great service where the staff were always eager to assist me with any requests, ensuring a pleasant and welcoming stay. What surprised me with this boutique hotel was the array of facilities that came with my stay; such as a spa, where I got a rejuvenating experience, as well as a gym and a heated pool area with a jacuzzi and a fascinating ‘endless’ pool. There was also a restaurant within the hotel where I tased delectable cuisines that differed from tapas to Asian cuisines such as Thai and Nepali, of course, as well as Western options; personally my favourite was the Pad Thai. There was also a cafe, Akuj Patan, where the ambience and drinks were impeccable; my favourite was the akuj breakfast and the mocha frappe. Overall I really enjoyed my stay at Shaligram hotel and was more than satisfied. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking to stay in a calm and beautiful accommodation in Kathmandu.

New Hotel with Great Roof Top View, needs to improve. Room is nice, smells new, however bed sheet is completely new , itchy , it’s like just bought and not washed , direct to the bed or been there dusty for long time. Towel is dirty white, not convenient. Water is totally disappointed, Color yellow, un-filtered and smells. Need proper filtration. Massage, all is new, bed is sounding haha , no music , no aroma for 8k local currency, 1 hour, masseuse was good. Food some are great, some are tough. View is the best for this hotel, but they open only afternoon to 10.. if you are sunrise person , this hotel is not for you. Sun set was great. Staffs are friendly, however next visit should be more thoughtful on guiding guests, where is elevator, what are facilities and hotel can offer. Breakfast was fair, price is recommendable.

Hotel Crystal Pashupati Kathmandu offers a cozy and convenient stay which is located just a short walk from the Pashupatinath Temple and close to the international airport. This hotel is clean, comfortable and provides excellent hospitality. The SkyDeck restaurant has a panoramic view of the city which makes it a good dining place. While it lacks a pool or fitness center, its location and welcoming environment make it a great option for travelers.

Surprisingly good hotel, hotel service staff with smiles on everyone's face, hotel clean and hygienic, walking in the garden, gardeners all kindly greet, beautiful garden, rich breakfast, freshly brewed coffee ☕️, freshly made juice 🍹 The made-to-order potato burrito is delicious. Families with children can also add extra beds. The hotel lobby manager is caring. The shuttle service booked at the hotel is of good quality and feels like home. Recommended

Whilst the location and rooms are terrific, the service was absolutely awful. We went to the bar to have some coffee and got no acknowledgment of any sort from any of the waiters for 15 minutes and only after complaining did we get served. Dinner was late by an hour and again only hit served after complaining. Either the staff haven’t been trained to standard or the management is so weak that they can’t see the indifference the staff are showing their guests
