Room was okay. Bedsheets were bad. Room was clean. Stocked drawers. Overall was okay. Air comditioned.

Spacious room with all amenities required for good stay. Bed was very good and linen also good and fresh.

The bed was infected with bed bugs, as we both had got rashes and itching all over our body by morning. We left the hotel in morning itself. I think they haven't cleaned the bedsheet or blankets properly. It's infested with bugs that's for sure, we won't suggest anyone to stay there. Our overall experience was horrible due to this case, hope the hotel staff takes this seriously and take proper care of guests in future. Pathetic !

We stayed @sree valsam residency for two nights. The hotel is neat and clean, staff welcoming and friendly. Room we stayed in was spacious.

The stay was good and the hotel provided all the facilities and staff were friendly. Only issue faced was unavailability of wifi. They were peoviding it, but problem was mot sortwd out
