Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.

The grand , provides us a buffet at that time which is not much costly , we are 5 friends and enjoyed that meal , and behaviour of staff members is too good , and this hotel is located on dangu road pathankot and majority of individuals prefer to choose this , because of their good food

Best hotel for accommodation at pathankot but avoid their inhouse restaurant as we found dead insect in food. Reported them and they have agreed to serve fresh cooked dish but we denied. Rest all are best at this hotel

Terrible experience worst and highly inhospitable staff disagreeing to every thing even after regular reminders
breakfast not prepared in time giving silly reason cook was late

Not at all as shown in the photos. The beds were uncomfortable, there were insects in the washroom, water used to get coagulated while showering, lift was dirty etc.

Cold breakfast served, if you are near 6 feet dont even think of staying here, even their executive room’s bed cant handle you ! worst heater, cant heat room in whole night, worst stay ever
