ac remote not in room and i ask to manager he said there is no ac remote. ac constant running on 16°c. bedsheet and cushion cover were used. the room was not clean.. no

No single facility in room, no proper staf, no phone in room, room's condition also worried. Hotel staff behaviour also very bad.
