Worst hotel ever, no cleanliness, washroom was dirty, food was over expensive, no hospitality, no hot water, sink was blocked and room was smelly

Tiny room provided compared to pictures present on Google. A lot of traffic noise. Room window doesn't close. Staff not accomodating or changing room at all even after requesting them multiple times. Staff on reception, specially the lady in the morning was too rude. So sure how they are running this hotel. Rooms: 1/5 | Service

Staff need to consider their priorities of its customer satisfaction or just running a hotel by hook or crook. Provided tiny room, with alot of traffic noise, tv doesn't work, rude reception lady staff. Won't recommend to anyone.

Excellent Stay. Courteous Staff. Food was awesome. However, the hotel directly opens to the road and parking is an issue on the road. Stairs i the entrance was very difficult for my disabled wife to climb. There was no ramp. its not disabled friendly hotel.

Experiment was average . Too much noice of construction upstairs of the room. Restaurant service was not good . Says they don’t provide breakfast in room you have to come down in restaurant for breakfast or you can have buffet breakfast. That’s not a professional service.
