The staff was wonderful but the rooms were quite small and the outside noise made sleep occasionally difficult. Nice location if you want to visit Patna Museum, Golghar, and a very elegant shopping mall.

Ok. Ginger patna is over rated. The service is very poor. They do not provide basic toileteries like toothpaste, brush etc unless you ask for. Better avoid it

The stay at patna ginger was comfortable. The room was small but for 1 night stop over it served the purpose. The proximity to patna station is a major plus. The staff are courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good.

We had a wonderful stay at ginger patna, the staff member especially mr. Avnish chauhan was outstanding in hospitality and promptness. I highly recommend this hotel, food was delicious and the stay was very comfortable.

Lo-acted on prime location of patna, rooms are very good with full aminities. The best thing is staffs are very well behaved specially fnb manager avinash, he helps me a lot during my early check in process. Thnkew

Room was not cleaned, Food option was very limited and not upto the mark. it was lacking taste. Breakfast spread was very limited and tasteless.
Room was not equipped with towels, dental kit, etc as per double occupancy.
Need major improvement.
