Very professional staff, good clean rooms, clean bathroom, good food, however mattress seem to be worn out & expensive foods is a bit concern. Hassle free checkin/checkout but google location in not pinpoint. Overall it was a Good experience.

During my recent stay at The Red Velvet Hotel Samarpan, I encountered several issues that detracted from the experience. The reception staff was unwelcoming, and I had to carry my own luggage to the room. The bathroom was particularly problematic; the shower cubicle had a strong urine odor, and the toiletries provided were of low quality. While the breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of delicious options, the overall value was lacking. Considering the subpar service and room conditions, the hotel felt overpriced. On a positive note, its location is convenient, being just a 15-minute drive from the airport. However, significant improvements in service and room maintenance are necessary to justify the cost

I stayed at a hotel in Patna while on a business trip. The hotel had a perfect ambience and was within my budget. The staff was very supportive, humble, and quick in their services. The restaurant, Seven Spices, served delicious food in their buffet and also took custom orders. I especially appreciated the dedicated attention and service of Miss Aditi and Anjali to all the guests. They went above and beyond to meet the needs of the customers. Kudos to all of them. It was a wonderful experience.

The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for business travelers due to its proximity to key business areas. However, the overall condition of the hotel leaves much to be desired. The room is quite average, offering only basic amenities. The walls show clear signs of wear and tear, indicating a need for renovation. Given its current state, the hotel does not justify the premium prices it charges. It appears that this hotel might have been a great choice over a decade ago, but it has since lost much of its charm and appeal

A friendly visit to this place turned into an amazing experience of service with a smile. Got to meet Varun jee, the *** behind this hotel. His team is amazing. Food is wow. Would remember the care displayed by Kamlesh jee, Loukush jee, Anjali jee, Aditi jee, Chandr Prakash jee and Sonu jee. My gratitude and Thanks to the Team!
