Hotel con la giusta misura . Ne vecchio ne nuovo. Cmq bel curato. Camera nella giusta misura. Bagno da riqualificare nella vasca almeno che scristava lo smalto. Colazione non ricca ma accettabile.

This is a traditional Tyrollean hotel, steeped in history and perfectly located for access to Innsbruck, hikes, cycling routes, ski slopes, Italy and Germany. Due to its history the interior is maintained as such, so do not expect a modern hotel. The en-suite rooms are large and comfortable, with a TV and with great views to the North and West. The continental buffet breakfast is perfect before departing for daily activities.

This is a lovely and charming very old property in a spectacular setting in the hillls above Innsbruck. A popular restaurant is off the main entry with a good selection of local dishes. Staff is very welcoming. Our rooms were large and very comfortable for an inn with such history. Thank you Hans and Christina for a lovely 3 days,

If a hotel in a buzzing city with all mod cons is your thing, then this is not for you! However, if you want a traditional Tyrollean hotel with history and bags of Austrian charm, then this is a must stay. Our en-suite bedroom was a generous size, with a large comfortable European Queen bed, TV and 3 seater sofa. The continental breakfast was substantial and catered for our dietary requirements. The hotel’s idyllic location on a quiet bus route (Bus 560) close to ski resorts and walking routes (the 10kms gentle walk to Innsbruck with detours took 2hrs 30 mins) is perfect. A great 3-day trip, and one we hope to repeat.

Bel hôtel qui a su garder son charme, très bon accueil. Grande chambre. Excellent petit déjeuner. Cependant ce n'est plus l'hôtel de mon adolescence avec ses 2 piscines et son tennis et cet esprit familial qu'il y régnait. La cuisine ferme à 20h...
Malgré tout j'espère que je pourrais y revenir.

La disponibilité du personnel. Notre avion ayant été annulé nous ne sommes arrivés qu’ à 23 heures. Nous avons appelé la réception (ferme à 20 heures) et nous a dit que nos clés seraient mises à notre disposition à l’entrée et que l enregistrement se ferait le lendemain matin.
Petit déjeuner copieux et restaurant très agréable en terrasse avec superbe vue.

We arrived before the end of check in to find the hotel deserted and under construction. We fortunately found a room in a hotel down the street. Not sure what that was all about but it was a very unpleasant surprise.

Wir, das ist eine eine Gruppe von 60+ Damen hatten voller Vorfreude einen Tisch für 7 Personen reserviert. Schon bei der telefonischen Reservierung wurde ich darauf hingewiesen, ich soll nochmals anrufen, wenn ich weiß, ob 6 oder 7 Personen kommen. Das ist mir noch nie passiert. Der Tisch war reserviert und gedeckt, das Gedeck allerdings ein Witz. Ein Teelöffel Butter, ein Teelöffel Grammelschmalz, Olivenöl und etwas Kräutersalz, dazu steinhartes von der Sonne ausgetrocknetes Brot. Das Essen war ok und wir haben richtig gut konsumiert. Bei der Bezahlung wurden wir - allerdings erst auf Nachfrage - aufgeklärt: Das ist jetzt so. Pro Reservierung, also pro Person fallen vorab schon einmal € 3 !!!!! an. Kommt eine Person nicht, müssen die anderen €15,— für diese fehlende Person bezahlen. Quasi als Strafe. Jeder zusätzliche Teller kostet € 2,—, eine Karaffe LeitungsWasser €3,40. Also ein guter Tipp an alle künftigen Gäste: NICHT RESERVIEREN, denn dafür muss man nur bezahlen. Wir können in Zukunft sehr gut ohne den Grünwalderhof leben.

Leider stimmt hier das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht. Sehr lange Wartezeit und die dargestellten Preise sind einfach viel zu teuer für einen Gasthof. Die Qualität der Speisen sind leider Nur mittelmäßig. Nichts besonderes!
