All was fine on our 2-night stay ... until checkout. We were informed that a 15-baht food item was missing from the room's stock. We did not use anything from these items during our stay. My issue was ... no benefit of the doubt was given ... just, you owe this from the deposit. 15 baht is not the issue, but due to lack of customer service training, and (probably unintentional) "the customer is always wrong" policy, we would not be inclined to stay there again. Otherwise, is a nice place ... if you take photos of the room stock first.

The room is spacious and reasonable price. New bedding, clean towels, lovely decorations. But the air conditioner is very loud. And there was a smell of cigarettes coming into the room. Even though the door was completely closed.

Good rooms. Big space , have a swimming pool at the door step of the hotel. Nice stuff i lost my memory card and they helped me find it in the trash. I feel a bit sorry about the incident but they were all nice to help

Stayed here with my girlfriend and she couldn’t believe the money i paid. Too cheap and very nice clean and big rooms. Stayed here 4 times when i was in Pattaya

The accommodation is not on the road. You have to drive into the alley. The room is spacious, but the bathroom is very dirty. The real swimming pool is much smaller than in the picture. The room walls are not soundproof. You can hear the music from the next room very loudly. At night, you can't sleep well. When you close the door, you can hear everything. The staff is not enthusiastic or volunteer to help in any way. It's like bringing workers to work as service workers.

I booked this hotel after viewing the rooms. 1. I didn't expect the soundproofing of the room was so poor. The conversations next door seemed to be in the same room. At about 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, two Cantonese-speaking men and women moved into the next room and talked and sang in the room. It was really unbearable. 2. Everyone knows that there are many mosquitoes in tropical areas. Maybe the hotel is new and has no experience. The prevention in the room is not enough. A small gecko and a few flying insects were caught in the room. 3. After I booked the room, I told the front desk that there was no WiFi. The front desk told me that it was just turned on. I didn't take it seriously. As a result, I went back at 11 o'clock in the evening and there was no WiFi. I found the security guard. There was only WiFi in the lobby, not in the room. 4. It is inconvenient to not have a car in this place. If you take a taxi, I don't recommend it. It's really a bit troublesome.

It's a very worthwhile resort. The price is less than a thousand, but there is a pool villa behind the room. The room is clean, the bed is big, the facilities are complete. It's easy to travel, the accommodation is new, much better than I thought. It's not far from Jomtien Beach, just a short drive. You can order a Grab to deliver to the hotel. You can also order food at the hotel. The price is not expensive at all. The TV is big and you can watch series too. Overall, it's very good. I recommend it.

The hotel is very new, the room is clean and tidy, the room is super large and there is tatami for making tea and coffee, the breakfast is also very rich, the service attitude is very good, the hotel also provides cars, and it is very close to the Sifang Floating Market. 👍👍😃
