Great location, the villa was clean, nice privat pool, Great size villa. Service good Very central Will for sure stay there again Very nice water park in the hotel near by. Temple 10 minutes away.

Affordable price, I stayed with my kids in separate rooms, we can share a common area. Walks 10 mins to the beach, Grab is easily accessible. Will come again very soon

It's very close to Terminal 21. As soon as you walk out of the door, there are a lot of wild food and a few convenience stores. The Indian food there is really good. The waiter is a nice man. But there are so many mosquitoes at night. I really have to buy mosquito coils back. Yes, because the rooms will not be provided, the hygiene is average, and the room will be checked once every two days, but if you want to have your own private swimming pool and be close to the city, you can think about it.

They didn't clean every day, sometimes they just brought clean towels. It is very convenient to have your own pool and you can refresh yourself at any time. But the Internet is terrible, I needed to work remotely, everything hung, more or less through the phone, and in a nearby hotel friends said the same thing, they went to a co-working space in the festival shopping center to work. The beach is a five-minute walk, there are bars and shops nearby, but the view is almost inaudible and does not interfere with relaxation at all. Very beautiful area. We will come again, but without work..

I have been staying at a place I frequent once a month since July. The staff at the reception changed in October and November and were unfriendly and unfriendly. It's a lot. It's not enough... Except for the reception staff, everyone is friendly. I think we need to pay more attention to management. I will never go here again. I'm sorry. A dead rat was found in the swimming pool, but there was no response when contacted. I should say I'm sorry... but I didn't hear from anyone. Instead, they ask me why I didn't come to the reception to ask for a room change. The cleaning staff are very friendly. They welcome me warmly, but I can't go there because of them. I go to Thailand often, but this is the most unpleasant experience. All contact can only be made via line, and even if you read the line, there is no answer. A relatively rare pool villa hotel in Pattaya. The hotel is located in the north of Pattaya. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel is also close to many massage parlors, making it an ideal place for leisure. The hotel room is very spacious, with a private swimming pool and a bathtub. Other hotel facilities are lacking. Breakfast is served at the Indian restaurant attached to the hotel, but there are not many styles, so you can try it.

The service was very good and friendly. The furnishings in the villa were standard. The breakfast was okay. The location was very good and several restaurants and bars were within walking distance.

I went to Bangkok and Pattaya on a family trip to Thailand. In Bangkok, I chose a pool villa for the purpose of relaxing while sightseeing in Pattaya, so I booked Villa Raya resort. As my first trip to Thailand, I was worried about the water quality in Pattaya and the condition of the pool villas, but I was satisfied with the water quality that was better than I expected and the resort's clean environment. And since Terminal 21, Big C Mart, Tiffany, and Alcazar concert halls are nearby, you can explore the surroundings of Pattaya on foot. The beach was close, so it was nice to take a walk by the sea. Thanks to Villa Raya Resort, my family was able to have the most satisfying tapaya trip during our trip to Thailand.

We absolutely loved the place. We were 4 of us - me, my wife and kids 18,15. Its in a very quiet location walking distance from the beach. Not a very busy beach so it's good. We had booked a family double room which had 2 rooms each with an attached bathroom. There was a outdoor dining table and small outdoor kitchen next to the private pool. The experience was awesome. Kids loved it. They also provide floats. Rooms were neat and clean exactly like in the pictures. Staff is very courteous . Housekeeping is prompt. They have a restaurant attached and we ate there twice. Food was good and great for Indians as they have an Indian menu including vegetarian options. They also have Thai food . We had both Thai and Indian food and it was tasty. Breakfast had eggs , toast, fruits, juice, cornflakes, salads, some noodle dish. So pretty good and was included in the hotel price. We stayed for 3 nights. 2 days we stayed in 201. On Day 3 we had an issue where the power to our villa had a problem. they promptly moved us to an upgraded villa - 2A which was even bigger. Language is an issue with the housekeeping. They understand key words but difficult to converse. But you can go through the manager. We wanted a thai massage and they arranged for us in the room. Nice experience. Both me and my wife had a thai massage. We went to a shop just outside the resort for our Coral Island Tour and he did the booking for us. 24Holidays Co - just outside the resort - Anucha Jaisin. Our tour operator was Funny Tours and it Was a good experience. I really cannot find a fault with this resort. Would love to come back again. This place is away from the main hustle and bustle of Jomtein beach which has tons of hotels and restaurants. I found this place more serene and peaceful. The villa atmosphere is awesome. For folks coming from India, this is a good option especially with the restaurant serving indian food.

We had a nice stay here. The best part was defintely the private pool, which was clean and a decent size. The villa was spacious and had separate toilet, bathtub and shower areas, with pool access from the shower. There were some run down or dirty details, see pictures, but overall it was nice. Cleaning of the room has to be requested, which was not explained when checking in. On the first day we did not get cleaning, only clean towels and water bottles were left for us on the patio table. When we asked about it, they said that many guests had requested not to have claning on that day, so in order to get it we should have asked. This is quite an unusual policy and I feel that implementation of "Do not disturb/Please make up room" signs could be useful. On the following days we requested cleaning and got it, but no more water bottles or towel animals :) The area has many services and Terminal 21 and the beach road are at walking distance. Breakfast had a nice variety of items. We would consider staying here again, if in need of accommodation in this area, thanks to the private pool and relaxing atmosphere.

The matress was very Hard......and is in middle of a tree forest,have birds in night,they are very loud
