Arden Hotel and Residence Reviews

Arden hotel is fantastic with so many amenities, washing machines, microwave ovens, cooking facilities, but i have not got room with a bathtub, previously i heard it has bathtub in every rooms, but it’s not true, the hotel is clean, but i found a bit of bad smell which i don’t expect in a hotel like this

We stayed here for 6 nights and we did enjoy our stay - the staff are great and very helpful - will strongly recommend

Good room with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Very good pool outside. The only bad thing is that the room floors are really dirty and look old.

The hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness. While parking spaces are limited, the road leading to the hotel is somewhat narrow. It's worth noting that the hotel isn't within walking distance of the main thoroughfare. Guests may need to utilize Grab or Bolt bike services for approximately 10 minutes to reach the walking street. Despite this, the hotel caters well to long-term stays, offering convenient amenities such as washing machines and microwaves.

Everything is good, breakfast was not top class but very delicious..

Lication is best just few minutes walk by pattaya beach and Central Pattaya shopping mall and Hilton Pattaya and Terminal 21. Staff was super friendly and very helpfull and kindness. Welcome drink was quite and so toughtfull. Pool is big enought and well maintened. Breakfast was fresh and various kind of choices such as asian and western. Overall, Worth for money and more at the same time 🥰🥰🥰 will stay next time, exactly

Hotel is well designed and equipped with facilities such as study table, washing machine, sofa, clothes hanger, bathtub, etc. The bed is also very comfortable and soft, greatly enjoyed my stay. Suggestion for hotel to improve the food selection and food quality for the breakfast as it was quite disappointing.

The staff were all excellent and went out of their way to make the guests happy. The only complaint I have is the exercise room could use some maintenance on the equipment

Good location with many massage shop and restaurant

Relaxing environment to refresh your trip but location is kind of far from the beach
