We couldn't contact anyone, and at 4 o'clock in the morning, we couldn't stand it anymore, so we moved our luggage and changed hotels. Then Ctrip contacted them and asked them not to refund the check-out fee. It was the worst experience I've ever had! ! ! !

On the first day of going, the water was not flowing, there was no water for showering, so I had to monitor it myself all the time. I decided to call the trip officials to fix it. It was a very good solution. Thank you to the trip officials who cared and solved the problem until we were satisfied.

Wi-Fi is not good enough. Everything else is good. The gym and swimming pool are great.
