The Base Prime - Pattaya Beach

Excellent! It has a kitchen and a swimming pool, and it's close to tourist attractions, making it easy to call for a ride. The condo is clean, and the room is spacious with a beautiful view. I'll definitely come back to stay again next time. The host was very welcoming, and everything was perfect. It was great staying in the condo, and the guy was handsome, a ripped foreigner. It's truly worthy and wonderful! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay – it's absolutely fantastic, truly top-notch. It's well worth it!

The room's internet wasn't paid for, so there was no WiFi. Overall, the location was good and the price was cheap. The room itself was generally clean, but the washing machine looked like it hadn't been used in a long time.

The location and cleanliness were perfect, and I could even see the ocean from the balcony. Being on the 21st floor, I wasn't bothered by any night noise and had a comfortable stay. I could easily ask staff questions online, which was a great service. The only minor issue was that the showerhead seemed old and sprayed water in three directions, making it a bit difficult to use, but other than that, I found it to be excellent.

Convenient downtown location. There are 7-Eleven stores, various cafes, massage parlors, a market, and Central Pattaya shopping mall nearby. The apartment is small but nice. The dishes and pots are not suitable for use and need to be replaced, especially the frying pans and saucepans. Overall, it's not bad for one or two travelers to stay in this apartment for a few days.

The location is superb, we've stayed here multiple times. We got a room on the 24th floor with a fantastic view. There are many bars downstairs, with music playing almost all night, so keep that in mind – it didn't bother us though. Check-in was quick, and we were met upon arrival. The rooftop pool and the one on the 3rd floor are excellent. The room itself is a bit tired. The security system is very good.

Great place, fantastic location, and a wonderful pool. The decor is a bit dated, but the location and pool more than make up for it. The photo shows the view from the pool.

This is an apartment, and you need someone to let you in for check-in. The room uses a physical key, and there are people from various countries staying here, but it feels safe enough. It has a kitchen, but the bed is 1.5 meters wide and quite soft. There's also a sofa, and the view is good and not noisy. Getting a refund was also easy.
