It is really a very good hotel. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, a butler helped me take my luggage and delivered it to my room. I didn't have to take care of it myself. The front desk service was also very considerate, and it was like home. The room was large and the environment was good. I could see the sunrise when I woke up in the morning. It was very beautiful. The swimming pool on the 10th floor was also good and worth a visit. The distance from Terminal 21 was also acceptable! I will stay there again!

This hotel is conviniently located about 300 metres from a busy roadside which makes it serenely quiet and secluded. This hotel provides shuttle transport to nearby attractions and shopping malls.
The rooms are new, simple and confortable albeit lacking usb charging ports.
The restaurants are grand with great foods served.
It also has a gym, beautiful swimming pools and spa services.
It definately makes for a great relaxing stay and will bring my families here on my next trip

The front desk was always sullen. I don't know how I could have let her down. She didn't understand anything I said. The assistant who took the luggage was OK. We also gave her a tip because of the good service. The indoor environment was average. There were four ants in the room. Two on the bed, one in the tissue box, and one on the luggage table.
