Simple price effective hotel with large pool for kids. Close walk to beach, restaurants and shops.

Hotel has nice amenities. Great and unique pool, nice gym, available pool table. Service was just fine. Our issue was with the room condition: it was really dirty with a lot of someone’s hair in each corner including the bed. There were seems-like-blood stains on walls and under tv. Bathroom floor was dirty. We asked room service to clean but no one came. At the end we changed the room but all in all they need to be renovated

I would totally recommend this place for family with young children who would love to spend the whole day in the water playing on the slides and enjoy your snacks and Meals by the pool bar. The room is big enough with a kingsize bed and it's clean. One thing you should take care of is the night lamp which is screwed to the wall just above your head. While I was lying in bed and tried to get up I hit my head once, that thing can be dangerous if you ask me. So overall it was a very good experience to spend time there with my child. The fridge is not cold though, instead of cold it's warm 😅😅😅😅

We stayed from November 5 to 18, we really liked the hotel, the complex has very cool swimming pools, 7/11, ATM, massage parlor. The sea is nearby 10 minutes walk, the night market is about 20 minutes walk, many shops, cafes, a laundry is also nearby if it is important to someone, breakfast is optional. The room was cleaned when we asked. The bed linen is good, the room we lived in on the 8th floor, there is a balcony, fresh repairs, there is air conditioning, a safe, a refrigerator, no insects. When there was a small problem with the water supply, we were given a key to another room so that we could calmly go to the shower. Next time we will definitely stay here. We had a rest in September 2024 with the whole family! The child is 6 years old. We are extremely happy with the choice of the hotel! Nice, clean rooms. The reception always provides support and assistance if necessary. The pools are simply magical, they have everything! And a lazy river, and a jacuzzi, a children's area is dry, as well as wet! Slides for children and adults! Waterfalls! The whole family is happy! The hotel is located on the second line from the beach, there is a free shuttle to the beach. Also from the entertainment there is billiards, table football and ping pong. We will definitely come back here again!

On the day of check-in, we had to carry our luggage by ourselves and find a trolley to carry it. The service was very bad. The towel was torn and the car couldn't leave. We walked to the reception to tell them but they told us to go find a security guard to come and check it out.

Located in Zhongtian. There is a night market nearby. There is a 7-11 not far downstairs. It is a bit far from the beach. You need to take a taxi to the pedestrian street.

The reason for rating the review is that it does not exaggerate what we experienced. Probably won't go back to stay here again. It's like upgrading the room to encounter something I don't know. But thank you to the manager who took responsibility for giving me another free night's stay. But we don't want it anymore. I'd like to say goodbye. The room is clean, perhaps because of remodeling. It's my first time in Pattaya, so I've been to several places, and the location seems convenient. The staff are friendly.
