Nice hotel. A bit far from pattya beach. But they have a private beach and its very calm. The staff is nice too.

I have been 4 days in this hotel. Room is clean and comfortable for family. If you find relax select that resort. Its little bit far from fun places.

I like this hotel a lot and also gave them a high score. Nice view, good location, and atmosphere, but I don't feel like going back there again. I know it's not the hotel's fault, but a guest next door smoked in his room all day, so that ruined a little bit of my trip. One more thing is the door bell of my room became stuck, and it rang very loudly for 7 minutes. It woke me up in the middle of the night and the staff response time was slow.

Have privet beach. Free minibar. Staff very friendly and useful.

Got upgraded to a bigger room as there was no twin beds at the main building. The room was spacious. Service was fine. Location is next to the beach but far from restaurants or other attractions.

Very modern hotel. Facilities looks old but cleaned up. You can go to the beach just through the pool area. Our room was Pool villa. Kids was enjoying swimming all day and go out to the beach. Convenience store and restaurant is not around here. We drove to go to dinner. Quiet place and private beach.

A fake 5 star hotel, the hotel is under renovation of the pool, the beachside is like a public beach, the room was spacious but the equipment is 50% function. The hair dryer can not adjust, just on when you plug it on and off when you unplug it. The air condition is not working properly and noisy. The cover of the plug in the bathroom is broken. The vegetable on the salad bar breakfast is dirty and looks like it's unwash. All the problem occurred, I have told the front desk when check-out, and was told that the manager will call back for feedback. But no one even care. Go try 3 or 4 real star at other hotel, would be much better.

Local company are now running this hotel but previously Novotel. So, to me personally, location wise, it’s good and it is located near to some attractions. However overall service and infrastructure are not deserved to be a 4-star hotel per se. Because the quality is just moderate, not great. For example, line of breakfast, gym or swimming pool. I pay 2,400 THB approx. but I think the price should be somewhere around 1,000-1,800 ~
