I'm staying here for 4 nights, It's a very nice hotel and the location was indeed good, however they only provide one key card and it's very difficult for my husband to go down for smoked while I'm already asleep and one more thing non smoking room but they provide the ashtray if you caught smoke have to pay 2000baht. Was wondering what the ashtray is used for. Overall it's a very supreme hotel. And the receptionist is very friendly and helpful.

Repeat visitor, convenient to tree town. That means a lot of noise until 3am. Docking them a bit on service this time on as they twice promised me a new room and that never happened. Also a note to management: may need to post a “proper swimming attire required in pool” sign as there was a guest straight-up swimming in his underwear. Not their fault but something to consider.

Great location . Good budget hotel in the middle of the action

Nice clean hotel, slap bang in the middle of tree town. Rooms that back onto tree town can be loud if your a light sleeper. I just took my hearing aid out. Pool was a relief from the heat, nice early in the morning, no one uses it. A/c did'nt work the first night, but they quickly fixed the issue.

Great location for those who are there to party. Modern rooms, comfy beds. Rooms facing Tre Town are noisy.

Just it’s located in the area surrounded by bars, pretty noisy on Friday and Saturday till 3 o’clock in the morning.
