I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly exceptional experience. Although the hotel has been around for some time, it has been superbly maintained. The cleanliness was impeccable, which made my stay incredibly comfortable and pleasant. What stood out most was the service. The staff were not only courteous but went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met. From the warm welcome at check-in to their helpful recommendations and prompt assistance with any requests, their attention to detail and genuine care made a significant difference to my stay. The location is also a major plus—it's conveniently situated near all the local shops, so everything you need is just a short walk away. Additionally, the hotel features a very spacious parking lot, which was a huge advantage and made coming and going a breeze. Overall, the combination of top-notch cleanliness, exceptional service, and a prime location makes this hotel a standout choice. I’m already looking forward to my next visit and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

I checked in at 7 p.m., but a room wasn't clean. I waited for a long time for their clean. a room look old. when I checked a room list, it hasn't a lot of things in a room like on their list. it so noise. a room is not soundproof. if want a place for relax. this hotel is inappropriate เช็คอินตอน 19.00 น. แต่ห้องพักไม่สะอาด รอทำความสะอาดนานมาก ห้องพักดูเก่า เมื่อตรวจสอบรายการห้องพัก พบว่าไม่มีอะไรในห้องเหมือนในรายการ เสียงดังมาก ห้องพักไม่เก็บเสียง หากต้องการสถานที่พักผ่อน โรงแรมนี้ไม่เหมาะสม

recently stayed at this hotel and was very impressed with how well it’s maintained. Even though it’s an older property, the rooms are in excellent condition and very clean. If you need a toothbrush, just call the front desk and they’ll bring one to your room quickly. The hotel has a diverse mix of guests, including many from the Indian community, which added a lively atmosphere. The spacious parking and nice swimming pool were also great. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. I look forward to returning.

Comfortable hotel. Big pool, close to the shopping malls and beach. Just only 1.5 km to walking street Pattaya

They charged 300 baht extra at hotel. Staff poor in communication skills, rude and ignorant.

Check in queue was 3 lines long, Grand Bella n Bella Express both share check in counter. Only managed to check in after 10.30pm, expect 2 to 3 hrs check in waiting time. Alot locals Thai with their families n groups, the hotel is part of government sponsored tourism revival program. Had to shorten my stay by 1 day to avoid Sunday check out queue.

The room is clean, located in the city center, easy to find food, 24-hour service staff, convenient parking A lot of breakfast, try buying more for 250 baht, unfortunately buying together with the room is much more worthwhile

Located in the city center, easy to find food, there are shops selling all night, walk to Central Pattaya Beach and the beach in 5 minutes. Breakfast is a buffet, lots of food lines, looks delicious. Too bad I didn't book with breakfast included. The room is not very new, but it is clean and spacious. There are complete amenities, safe, hair dryer. If I come to Pattaya, I will book again. Good price, very good value.

Overall, I am very satisfied, because for more than 200 yuan, you can get free parking and breakfast. If you want to bring children, there is nothing in this hotel that says you need to add money. It says how much extra money you need for children and how much breakfast is. In fact, don’t worry about the cost. They won’t ask at all because my child is relatively older. He is 1.6 meters tall at the age of 12. In Thailand, if you are not staying in a very high-end hotel, they usually don’t ask. There is an additional charge for children, if you need an extra bed, but generally you don’t have to take the initiative to ask him, anyway, you can just bring the child to check in.

Our family loves swimming here. It's the perfect place. It opens early and closes late. There are many shops nearby. It's very convenient.

The room looks old but clean. The room has all the amenities. When I checked in, I didn't see a toothbrush, but when I asked the staff, they brought it. It's near the mall and the beach, very convenient.
