Excellent as always. Location is in the heart in where Pattaya all about. And a Excellent pool included.

Just a one night stay had to travel the next day basis room for the price but the location was great many ships and bars walking distances

Liked the position in the court. It's off the street so pretty quiet. Otherwise same quality than the other rooms. Had an issue with the aircons, which they fixed pretty much immediately. Otherwise everything was great as always.

It is a nice hotel with a great pool and it so quiet to sleep at night. The location was perfect. The wifi in the room I had was spotty at best. My phone had unlimited data and could hotspot what I needed so it’s not a big deal.

It's exactly where you need to be if you're looking for nighttime entertainment , plenty of places to eat, jf your not eating at the hotel.. beech is a 15 min walk up the road.., staff at hotel are friendly they will be happy to give you advice and guidance., at the hotel 🏨 there are many different rooms to cover all wallets, I loved there for 6 years, so it cannot be a vad place to stay.5 mins in a baht bus you gave the market, great for clothes gifts brik a brak

Good price, there is a swimming pool, but the room on the 2nd floor of the new building ******** The tea is very strong. We reserved 2 rooms, another room is in the old building, 1st floor, next to the stairs, under the stairs there are tiles and construction equipment. (It's like I'm renovating.) Personally, I don't have a problem, but I'm secretly lonely😂 There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room. There is no kettle. Amenities include air conditioning, wifi, refrigerator + 2 bottles of water + glasses, ceiling fan, dressing table. Really like the bathroom, clean, spacious, lovely staff. But when I called, he didn't speak well.

Sutus Court 4 is the furthest from the lobby and I was at the back, so next time I would like to stay at Sutus Court 1.
