good location. near mall and easy access to places with baht bus everywhere. as the hotel is next to a bar it might be a little noisy at times. But it is manageable. The thing the hotel to improve is the speed of the elevator, or the logics to it. It will take some time to wait for the lift.

Really great hotel, especially after the recent refurbishment. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Can’t comment on the breakfast as didn’t try that during my stay. The only thing I found was a bit annoying was how slow the lift was. Every time I used the lift I found myself waiting ages for it to arrive. But other than that my stay at the Bay Breeze was very good and the rooms are so nice and bed very comfortable.

GOOD LOCATION

The transportation is very convenient, very close to Pattaya Beach, and there are many delicious foods and massage shops nearby. There is no Chinese service at the front desk, I hope there will be Chinese service, but other aspects are very good!

The room is good, but the soundproofing is a bit poor if you live on the shady side. There is a bar downstairs that is noisy until late. Otherwise, it is OK. It is also close to the beach by one street.

The hotel is located right in the center of Pattaya City, there is a 7-Eleven right next door, it is easy to access the downtown area, there is also Central nearby, it is very convenient, the pool is quiet and clean

I stayed for a week in the second week of March. Thailand for the first time in four years since the end of the coronavirus. I was surprised to see that Bay Breeze had been renovated before I knew it! I've been using the hotel for 10 years now, and the atmosphere is quite cheerful, and the hotel employees are extremely kind! Of course, you can't compare it to Japan in terms of cleanliness and other details. Japan's hospitality, construction techniques, and cleanliness are simply outstanding. But from a hotel in Pattaya, it's easily in the mid-range! Best of all, the location is great! If you go out of the hotel and go right, you will find Soi Buakao, if you go further right, you will get to Soi LK, if you walk for about 10 minutes you will get to Walking Street, and if you go out of the hotel to the left and pick up Song Taeo, you can easily get to Soi 6. I would like to continue to use it, and I want everyone to use it too! The only thing I would like to say is that the elevators are extremely slow. lol
